After Katsuki and Hanata left the cliff side and went back to their village they bid each other good night, and Hanata wished Katsuki good luck following the plan. Katsuki bid him fair well by flipping him off as he went inside his cave. The two knew it will be hard if they don't follow the plan to the exact point, and if they don't Eijirou could be dead because of their recklessness.
As weeks went by Katsuki followed the the plan by gathering materials away from the area of the cliff and closer to the village, so the guppies would be safe if they decided to follow him around. The late mornings to the later afternoons he would stay in his shop making things to put up front and making people orders.
Especially Hanata's order. He's been working his ass of on the necklace Hanata want to give to Mina. He still remember the bet that's going on between Denki and him. And he always wins, so he has to finish the necklace, give it to Hanata, hype him up, push him in front of Mina, get him to ask Mina if they could start a courtship, when she says yes he's going to rush up to Denki, and calm his reward. "Hell yeah I'm going to win this fucking bet and brag it in that Dunce's face."!
Katsuki saw from the corner of his eye that some mer were looking at him weird when he had thrown up his arms after yelling. Katsuki glared at them and this had cause them to swim away very quickly so they don't get yelled at.
"I thought so you damn bastards". After that Katsuki quickly went back to work making sure the necklace looks beautiful that would make Mina swoon for Hanata even more. One thing he knows is that all carriers love it when someone (their possible future mate) gets them a beautiful gift as their first courting gift. With that he went back to working on the necklace.
As the hours drawn by he worked on the necklace until ha had a few minutes to spar until closing he finished the necklace. He grin as he looked at the finished necklace that took him three weeks to make because of the materials he wanted to use on the necklace. The necklace has many mini pinks seashells all over the string he had used, and in the middle is a cockle shell that is yellow with a hint of pink in the middle end. All he knows is that Soy Sauce and Pinky better appreciate him for doing an extraordinary job on this necklace.
So he grabbed his bag and with the necklace he locked up his shop and started to swim to Hanata's cave. He as swim to Hanata's cave, he watch as the mers around him close up their shops or were returning to their caves to have dinner or maybe going to sleep early. He doesn't care right now because he wants to deliver the necklace to Soy Sauce and start heading to the cliff to see Eijirou.
When he made it to Hanata's cave he hang the necklace in a secret spot only he and Hanata knows. After making sure that the necklace is safely hidden he started to swim towards the cliff.
He swim as fast as he could just to make sure no one was swimming after him, especially the guppies if they were out right now.
He started to see the usual markings around the cliff. So he started to slow down and carefully made his way towards the edge of the cliff. On his way he saw some new seashells he could definitely use for some jewelry, but he could grab those later. He slowly made his way to the edge and started to swim down the edge.
He swim slowly just in case if something pops out of the cliff, but once he made his way down to the sea bed he swim towards the rock and sat down on it. Once he was sure he was comfortable on the rock he look out towards the open sea and took a deep breath in.
"SHITTY HAIR I'M HERE"! Katsuki had his hands around his mouth to projected his shout so Eijirou he could hear him if he was far away. He slowly brought his hands down to rest on his sides as he waited for Eijirou to show up.
Within minutes he saw Eijirou's crimson red tail around a bolder and then soon he saw Eijirou's face staring right in his.
"Bakubro it's so good to see you again so soon". Eijirou smile as he lean on his elbows.
"You saw me last night shitty hair". Katsuki said as watch Eijirou let out a hearty laugh.
"I know Bakubro, but it always awesome that you come by every night to see me. It always make me happy because I was on my own before I met you, so I take this to heart Bakubro". Eijirou said as he looked around. Katsuki nodded his head getting what Eijirou was saying. He was to in his spot for a short time, but he didn't like it one bit.
"Anyway, do you have anything for me"? Katsuki asked and saw Eijirou smile even more as he swim off to grab the things he found today.
Few minutes pass and Eijirou came back with one of his hand closed. He stop in front of Katsuki and put his closed hand in front of him, and slowly open his hand to show Katsuki what he had found for the day.
Katsuki lean down to look in Eijirou's hand and saw a beautiful crimson seashell.
"I found this when I was swimming around this morning and the seashell made me think about you beautiful eyes". Katsuki blush when he heard Eijirou said that.
'He thinks I have beautiful eyes'. Katsuki thought as he careful grabbed the seashell.
"Thanks Shitty Hair, I'll put this in my collection to make sure nothing happens to this". Katsuki said as he swung his bag of he shoulder and open it, then carefully placed the seashell in his bag and closed it up. He then swung his bag back on his back carefully to make sure he didn't jittery the seashell.
After that the two talked to each as they both told the other what they did that day and joke around a bit. As time past Katsuki and Eijirou knew that they have to part their way.
"Bye Shitty Hair, I'll see you tomorrow". Katsuki said as he got of the rock and started to swim up the cliff.
"Bye Bakubro see ya tomorrow". Eijirou said as he watch Katsuki swim over the cliff and saw him wave at him and then swim off were he couldn't see him.
Katsuki swim back towards his cave and when he got there he carefully put the seashell in his collection, and headed towards his nest so he could sleep. He carefully settle in his nest and let the sleepiness in his body take over as he fell asleep.
After many hours of sleep Katsuki woke up and ate something quickly in his pile of fish. He then grabbed his bag and stated to swim towards the village to open up his shop.
As he made his way there he waved at everyone he pass by. After swimming for a little bit he finally made it to the village, but there was a gathering in the center of the village. He slowly swim up to the crowd to see what was going on when he saw Hanata.
Hanata saw Katsuki from the corner of his eye and waved his hand telling Katsuki to come to him, Katsuki swam up to Hanata and was about to ask him what was going on when something happened.
"Katsuki is that you"? Someone spoke and this has cause the crowd to turn towards Katsuki. Causing a gap to open a small passage between the crowd. Katsuki looked through the gap to only say a name under his breath he thought he would never say again.
"Shoto"?
