Yeji was currently in her practice room, the girls were practicing for upcoming shows and much more due to the new release of Loco.

Their MAMA performance really kicked off and you were so proud of each and every one of the girls, especially Yeji.

They worked so so hard to make sure everything went good, and by far you thought they had the best performance and it should be marked as historical. It was that amazing.

You were wondering around the building for sometime before finding an empty practice room that was a few doors down from Itzy's practice room.

You weren't a trainee because you never thought you were good enough to be able to dance as well as others, so you kept it to yourself as a small hobby.

You loved to dance, it was an emotion for you. How you could feel the music that ran through your blood and how your heart matched every beat of the music.

You felt the flow of the movements as you started to play the song. You wanted to do one of Yeji's songs. The record you were most proud of her for, her artist of the month.

"like a river~"

You started to dance along to every beat, you performance matching Yeji's. Making sure to perfect every move, as your body slid on the floor.

Listening as the beat drop, your mind completely calm in the art of music.

She significances of every song with a meaning that only some can understand, it was the reason you love to dance, to show that meaning, that feeling that you get when you feel the music circle the room.

You were lost in the music too much to hear your phone ring. Yeji had called to let you know that's he had a break time. She wondered where you went and started to travel down the hall.

All the rooms are soundproof, but you cracked the door open a little on accident.

Yeji started to hear the music that escaped from the room, remembering that the version of the song is her version.

She traveled towards the music and stopped at the door, watching you complete the entire performance without a care in the world.

She admired how smooth your every move was. She noticed how much you felt the emotions and let it take over.

Once the song was done, you lied on the floor completely exhausted. You haven't danced like that in a long time.

Yeji pushed open the door and started to clap which startled you and made you jump up.

"Oh, hey. How long were you there?" You rubbed your nape and chuckled nervously.

"Almost the entire thing" Yeji walked towards you and cupped your face.

"You are an amazing dancer. I can tell how much you enjoyed dancing" Yeji's eyes lit up with a sparkling reflection.

"It's just a hobby" you smiled and pecked her lips.

"Just a hobby? Y/N that's a talent" Yeji argued. You shook your head while taking a sip of your water.

"Y/N believe me, I see that as a talent. I see so many people dance but I have never seen someone dance as passionately as you just did" Yeji kissed your head.

"I was mesmerized by your performance was all" you tried to move off the topic.

"Sure. But even so, if dancing is something you want to do, go for it! Don't leave that behind!" Yeji argued again.

"I just don't feel like I'm as good as others though. If I was in a group I feel I would drag them down" you said honestly.

"Darling, dance isn't about who is best. Dance is about your best. It doesn't matter if one person can get the same dance faster than you, what matters is you show your passion for it, show your emotions towards the movements of each beat" Yeji held your hand. You can see the urge in her eyes to do something about it.

"Then is it too late?" You asked.

"Never! It's never to late to start a career!" Yeji's eyes lit up again.

You thought about it for a while and decided to do open auditions. Yeji was cheering you on the whole time, giving you hope and assurance that you needed.
