𝐈 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐈𝐍 𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐁𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐒 on melrose after school,i'd had a bad day and that jason guy tried to talk to me in science again so i decided to treat myself.i was looking around when i saw evie and astrid were here,i rolled my eyes and kept looking

at least this means tracy isn't with them

never mind,i watched as she walked in,she didn't notice me

"hi.i tried calling you guys,but i was coming here anyways so" she looked at them,they giggled all surprised.i noted her new outfit,she looked different but not in a positive or negative way,she just looked different."oh" astrid laughed lightly

"my phone didn't ring" evie lied,she gave her a fake number,she does it to everyone,or did,and i'm willing to bet she's just done it to tracy."bon appetite darling" they continued shopping,or rather shoplifting.i grabbed tracy's arm and dragged her a little away while they were distracted

"tracy these aren't people you want to be hanging around with,evie isn't a good person" she looked at me somewhat shocked and crossed her arms "that's rich coming from you,cheater" so mason did tell her what happened,i looked down with a sigh before looking back at her

"yeah i know i'm not the greatest but listen evie-"she cut me off "what so you cheat on my brother when he was nothing but good to you,then you stop talking to us for years and now i'm meant to listen to you?" she argued

"tracy i know i've been a bit-a bad person and i have no right to talk to you or tell you what to do but please,listen to me this once,i'll never bother you again" i looked at her hopefully "you're right,you have no right to talk to me or tell me what to do,so go" "tracy-" i started "save it" she walked away from me,i couldn't blame her

"shit,you guys,i only bought ten bucks" i heard her say upon looking at the prices,they laughed "what?" she asked,i watched as they shoved stuff into their bags.tracy turned to look at me for a second before looking back at them "i'm gonna go get a drink of water" and with that she left "loser" they laughed

"shut up" i defended, they looked at me shocked,astrid had a guilty look on her face,she was nice when i was stuck with evie "what?" evie eyes me,surprised i've spoken to her

"i said shut up,she isn't a loser" i glare at her "oh right...she's mason's sister isn't she? bet you two were close" evie giggled,astrid looked down,i bit the inside of my lip "not anymore" she giggled again "fuck off" i grumbled

"or what?you gonna tell me you love me?" she mocked,astrid looked confused "excuse me? i think you should search her bag" i said to the shop keeper with a smile, the shop keeper searched all our bags and kicked them out,she said i could take my stuff for free for being honest,i thanked her and went home.i'm never usually one to call out shoplifting,but evie deserves it.

about 3 days had past since red balls and i was
looking for my spare key, pulled my curtain aside
and saw 3 of the guys me and evie used to hang
around with,and by hang around with i mean get high with

then i saw evie,tracy and noel in their front yard
with masons friends practicing on a ramp that's
been there for as long as i can remember
