The atmosphere in Jiuchongtian grew busier as the Taichen Palace's grand carriage entered the courtyard area of the wedding hall. The celestials were very relieved that a supreme God was willing to attend this event after the speculation that cast doubt on its presence.
Dong Hua got off the carriage then took Feng Jiu's hand who got off the carriage after him. Their appearance was very pleasing to the eye. Dong Hua looked handsome and different in pink, matching the beauty of his wife who cradles almost all the men there. Dong Hua snorted in disgust. He had gone to great lengths to keep Feng Jiu's appearance as simple as possible but still couldn't block the running eyes of the snotty men.
Dong Hua tugged at his wife's waist, embracing Feng Jiu affectionately, cementing ownership. The celestials felt bad about confronting the jealousy of the great god, they slowly bowed their heads in respect although some still couldn't escape the charm of the young fox queen who was now clinging to the great god's side. They still stole glances at someone's wife. But what became the object of gaze, Feng Jiu only smiled for her husband.
The Thaicen couple headed for the throne on the side under Hao de. The Tianjun saluted as they occupied the throne. Feng Jiu played as Dihou of Dong hua. Fox clan of Qinque was completely absent and everyone knew the reason.
The Taichen couple was the last deities present. Yehua, as the groom entered the hall. He looked gloomy even though he sat with majesty on his throne. Feng Jiu looked at his uncle's face. Ye Hua always looked down. Feng Jiu's eyes looked around. Several people seemed to be from the Mermaid clan. It reminded her of everything about the current situation in Jiuchongtian.
Dong Hua squeezed her hand, giving her peace of mind as he felt Feng Jiu getting more and more depressed. Feng Jiu looked into her husband's gentle eyes and mumbled a word with a smile, "Thank you.'
The hall door opened. The bridal palanquin entered the center of the hall. When the cover of the stretcher was opened. The audience could see the resolute beauty of the bride-to-be. Ming Xia sat gracefully in her red wedding dress. Her belly protruded, showing the result of Ye Hua's great sin on her. The low-collar cut of her dress, exposed her plump smooth chest as if the cup size was too small for her. Her bold make-up with a complicated hairdo crowning her head, was able to anesthetize the audience present, except for Dong Hua, of course, who was admiring his wife's smile and Ye Hua who was looking down glumly.
Ming Xia got off the stretcher. The servants took her hand to help her walk to the center of the arena and then sat down on her knees in front of the audience. Hao de raised his hand, calming the admiration of the audience.
"Today, Ming Xia of the Mermaid clan, will be Jiuchongtian's concubine. The swearing-in will take place." Hao de turned to Dijun. "Dijun, please be willing to give your blessing."
Dong Hua turned away from his wife's face and looked at the princess of the mermaid clan who was sitting cross-legged in the middle of the arena reluctantly. "My blessing will be with you." Dijun said briefly as he raised his hand.
Hao de looked at Yan Chuo. The man read the marriage agreement. Ming Xia took her oath and Ye Hua swor in stammering words. Feng Jiu's eyes closed painfully hearing Ye Hua's oath, saddened to feel her aunt's fate.
When the vows ended, the bride and groom signed the agreement sheet. Dong Hua stood up and grabbed his wife's hand. The chelestials stood to send the Taichens away without being able to protest against Dong Hua and Dihou's decision to just leave.
Ye Hua looked down even more, feeling guilty. Ming Xia was now sitting on his left. Meanwhile the seat to his right was empty due to Bai Qian's absence.
