Bai Qian squeezed the bed sheet, her face scrunched up as she felt her womb squeeze again. Contractions came again. She tried to get out of bed to sit up. Even to lift her upper body, she was already so difficult.

"Okay," Bai Qian snorted and tried to sit on the toilet. She exhaled and rubbed her belly. "Why is your cousin taking so long?" Bai Qian sighed. She felt her uterus squeeze again. The feeling of bloating in her throat made her reflexively push.
"Don't push if it's not the time!" Her mother and sister-in-law shouted at the same time. The two women even burst into the bathroom.
