Ominous POV

Demetrius and Diamond became very close, they've became so close that speculations of them dating started to swarm around the city. This news gained some positive feedback but also gained negative results, but they didn't let that stop them from vibing with one another.

Diamond met Demetrius's brother and crew . Meech met some of Diamond's family members.

They even started to spend time at each other's houses.

Diamond's POV

"Meechie, Come on! Give it back!" I yelled at him, while reaching above his head for my wig. We were running around like children, chasing each other around my condo. Meech didn't want me to wear the red wig that Kiara made for me because he said I looked like a troll doll.

"Nah, baby. You ain't getting this back, wear your natural hair. I love it." He smiled down at me while, I continued to reach for the wig. While I reached for the hair, Meech pushed me into the island of the kitchen.

We locked eyes for a brief moment, slowly forgetting that we were fighting over a wig. He started to lean in, until his soft plump lips met mine. When Meech realized what he did, he pulled back and looked me in my eyes . It was almost like if he was asking for my consent.

I put my hands on each side of his face and pulled his lips to mine. He wrapped his arms around my waist while placing his hands on my ass. Before I know it, he lifted me up onto the counter and continued to kiss me.

Our kiss began to grow more hungrily as we continued to touch one another. My hands were roaming through his loose curls as his hands roamed my waist. He slightly pulled away and planted kissed on my jawline, down to the side of my neck. He found my weak spot and softly bit it. I softly moaned as he continued to pursue his trail of kisses. He moved back up to my lips and placed a few pecks on them before pulling away and looked me in the eyes.

I saw lust in them , or so I thought.

As we stared at each other, my phone began to ring. Scaring us both out of our little trance. Meech reached over and grabbed it and handed it to me.

I looked to see that my dad was calling.

'Shit'

I declined the call and placed my phone down. I looked back up at Meech, he looked at me confused.

"Why you don't you want to talk to your pops?" he asked me as he pulled me to the edge of the counter and wrapped my legs around his waist.

"I'm not in the mood to talk to him right now." I said to him as I continued to run my hands through his curly hair. He bit his lips, while looking at my face closely.

"What are we doing?" I asked him, as I removed my hands from his hair and let my hands drop to my lap. Meech moved his hands to each side of my body and looked me in the eye.

He took a deep breath before licking his lips , " What are you asking me?" he asked with a raised eyebrow.

I tilted my head, "I'm asking if we are crossing the line of becoming something more than friends?" I asked him, while shyly looking over to my kitchen window that showed the city line of downtown Atlanta.

Meech softly grabbed my chin, and turned my head so that I can look him back in his eyes. He had that famous smug look on his face.

"Diamond, do you wanna be my girl?" he asked me.

I instantly got butterflies in the lower pit of my stomach, I smirked and nodded my head. "Of course." I answered before pulling him in for anther deep kiss.

After Meech asked me to be his girlfriend, I couldn't help myself but to call my bestie, Kiara. After Meech left for the night I quickly called her.

"Bitch. Guess what?" I asked her after she answered the phone.

"What happened?!!" She asked back.

"I am no longer single!" I yelled into the phone with a smile on. I heard her scream in excitement. I giggled at her.

"Oh my fuckin gosh! Fuckin Finally! I'm so happy for you two!" She gushed through the phone. "We should go celebrate! I got another appearance tonight, if you wanna come out. " She mentioned.

I sighed, " Nah, Imma stay in tonight. We should go to brunch tomorrow. It's on me." I said to her. "Oh shit ! Ill be there. Just text me the time and location, I'll defiantly pull up." she said to me.

Shortly after small talk, we said our goodbyes and hung up.

I decided to go ahead and call it a night. I walked in my bathroom and started my shower.

My phone vibrated as I started to get undressed. I grabbed it and seen a text from Meech.

Meechie Bae🧡: I'm happy that you agreed to be my girl. I've been feeling you ever since I laid my eyes on you. For some reason , I just wanna give you the world and more. I hope I don't fail you.

I widely smiled as I read his message.

Me: Well, I thank you for letting me into your life. I hope this relationship grows into something beautiful.

After I sent the message I got into the shower and completed my nighttime routine. Once I finished, I decided to just lay in bed naked.

'This day was something to remember'
