Diamond's POV

The next morning, I was woken up by the thunder of an unexpected storm. I slowly opened my eyes, I blinked a few times before slowly looking up to see Meech's peaceful sleeping face. I softly smiled and admired how peaceful he looked. I softly smiled as he softly snored.

I looked over at the window and watched as multiple drops of rain rolled down the window. I softly sighed as lightning flashed and swiftly brightened up the room. Meech stirred his sleep and wrapped his arm around my waist, pulling me closer to him. I looked down to see that we were both naked.

I continued to lay on his chest, not wanting to get up. But, I know I have a therapy appointment in a few hours.

I slowly pulled my away from his grasp and was stopped when I heard his deep voice.

"Good morning bae." He mumbled. I looked up and seen that he still had his eyes closed. "Good morning, love." I whispered back before leaning to kiss his soft lips. He softly groaned before opening his eyes. He looked at me with low, eyes and smirked. I raised an eyebrow at him.

"What you smirking at?" I asked.

He smiled before licking his lips. "You look beautiful as fuck right now." He said to me while staring at me. I felt my face getting hot, and I looked down, trying to avoid his stare. He sat up and grabbed my chin and held my head up and looked into my eyes.

"Don't look down. Own that shit Dime. You're beautiful as fuck and I'll continue to tell you every chance I get." He said to me. I nodded my head and he let go go my chin. I pulled the covers off of body and climbed out of the bed. I walked over to my closet and pulled out two robes, I threw one and walked out and handed one to Meech. He climbed out of the bed and I stared at all his glory. Lightening lit up the room again, as he put the robe on. He loosely tied it and walked over to me.

He grabbed me by the waist, leaned down and pecked my lips.

"I'm gonna cook us something to eat. You got plans today?" He asked me, I blinked a few times and sighed, "Yeah, I have a appointment with my therapist today. Other than that I don't really have much to do." I answered.

He nodded his head before letting me go, and making his way out of the room. I walked into the bathroom and started my daily routine. Once I was finished, I made my way into the living room and turned my TV on.

And to my luck, FOX 5 news popped up on the screen.

"Last night, there was a shooting on Moreland Avenue. There were 3 individuals shot and 2 injured. At the moment, we don't have anymore information about the conditions of the 3 that were shot but we will know shortly." The news anchor stated. I turned the channel to VH1 and started to watch Love and Hip Hop.

I sat on the couch and watched the Tv for a few minutes, before I felt my phone start to vibrate. I grabbed it and seen that Kiara was FaceTiming me.

I slid the answer button across the screen, and held the phone up to my face. Once Kiara seen my face, she smiled widely.

"Heyyyy booski! You okay?" she asked me. I nodded my head, "Yeah, I'm okay. My dad had text me last night, He scared the shit out of me but he's fine." I said before sighing. Kiara shook her head.
