Remember M'Dear's Fifteen Minutes?

It's the next day. Shaka and Elvis are playing video games while I'm laying across Shaka's lap on my phone.
Shaka: "It's cool your parents let you stay over when they're out of town."
Elvis: "Oh, they're not out of town. They just wanted me to leave."
Y/n: "Dang, it's like that?"
He laughs.
Elvis: "It's like that."
Jade walks in the front door.
Jade: "Okay Shaka. I mowed the lawn, I took out the trash and I did all the rest of your chores."
Shaka: "Did you do an excellent job?"
Jade: "Of course I did."
Shaka: "Dang it! Now M'Dear will never believe I did my own chores. You've got to think, Jade."
Jade: "I'm thinking some things right now."
Shaka: "Care to share them with me and Mom?"
Jade: "No. Can I go now?"
Shaka: "Not yet. We're out of grapes. Be a dear and fetch us some. Oh in fact, why don't you hop to it? Like a bunny."
Jade: "Hop to it yourself."
Shaka: "Excuse me Y/n. I'm gonna slide out from under you in the nicest way possible."
Y/n: "Uh, ok."
Shaka: "I promise I'll come back."
He stood up by Jade.
Shaka: "So you want me to tell Mom and Dad about your midnight rendevusses?"
Y/n: "It's rendezvous."
Shaka: "Well, no matter how I pronounce it, you're still in trouble."
Jade dropped her shoes. Shaka waved at her and she started hopping.
Y/n: "Come on, Shaka."
Elvis: "Yeah, this is cruel and unusual punishment."
Shaka: "I know. Isn't it great?"
Elvis shook his head.
Y/n: "Shaka, you know things always come back to hurt you."
Shaka: "I don't really believe in karma."
I got up. Today starts the day where I walk without crutches. It's very slow but I'm getting there.
Y/n: "Whatever floats your boat."
Shaka came to my side.
Shaka: "I'll be in my room with Y/n. You can hop there and feed them to us."
Y/n: "Uhhhh."
I muttered.
Shaka: "Then you can clip my toenails."
He started laughing wickedly.
Y/n: "Woah!"
He picked me up bridal style. When we got to the top I was...concerned.
Y/n: "Shaka, did you really want her to feed us and clip your toenails?"
Shaka: "No, I just wanted her to bring the grapes upstairs."
He walked in his room and sat me on his bed.
Y/n: "Thank god. I knew you were sinister but not that sinister."
Shaka: "What's that supposed to mean?"
Y/n: "You know, you're the demon child."
Shaka: "Oh yeah?"
He smirked.
Y/n: "Mhmm."
Shaka: "Well this demon likes to tickle people to death!"
He started tickling me!
Y/n: "Shaka! .....quit it!!....okayyy okayyyy you're not ...the demon!"
He stopped.
Shaka: "And if I was, I'd be your demon."
Y/n: "And if you were, you'd be my demon."
~Time Skip~
We were back downstairs exactly like before. Mr. McKellan was at the island when M'Dear walked in.
Moz: "Wow, you look great."
M'Dear: "Thank you."
Moz: "You ready?"
M'Dear: "And thank you for agreeing to drive me to the studio."
Moz: "I don't remember you asking me. You told me I had to take you."
M'Dear: "I said please."
Moz: "No you didn't."
M'Dear: "Please. Now hurry up."
Jade comes downstairs.
Jade: "Bye dad. Have a good day!"
Moz: "I'll try."
Jade laughs.
Shaka: "Oh Jade!"
Jade: "What?"
Shaka: "I'm parched. Can you get me some water with three ice cubes? Not two...not four...but three, and make sure they don't touch. We're not animals."
Jade: "I have a better idea."
Shaka elbowed my eye trying to turn to Jade.
Y/n: "Ouch."
Shaka: "Aw, I'm so sorry Y/n!"
He examined my eye.
Y/n: "It's all good Shaka."
I laughed.
Jade: "Anyways, why don't you get them yourself?"
Shaka softly lifts my upper body off his lap and lays me on the couch. I prop myself up on my elbows as he stands up.
Shaka: "Don't make me tell mom about you sneaking out. Mom!"
Jade: "Don't make me tell her you dented her car with your bike."
My mouth drops as Elvis' eyes widen.
Shaka: "Nevermind!"
Shaka turns around towards us.
Shaka: "How could she know that?"
Y/n: "Don't look at me. You've been carrying me and by my side all week. You would've heard or seen."
His eyes move to Elvis. Elvis looks away and whistles.
Jade: "Shaka. Why don't you hop like a bunny and get me some water?"
Shaka starts hopping to the fridge.
Jade: "No, no. On second thought, crab walk."
Elvis stood up.
Elvis: "Now Jade, you didn't like it when he did it to you."
Jade: "Yeah...but revenge tastes sweet."
She turns to Shaka.
Jade: "Crab walk!"
Ami comes in from the parlor.
Ami: "Ooh, fun!"
I can't help but laugh.
~Time Skip~
Shaka and Jade are sitting at opposite sides of the table. I'm in the middle watching cause Elvis left me to grab something from his house. They're eating pudding with death glares.
Jade: "Give me your pudding or else."
They switch.
Shaka: "Give me your pudding...or else."
I sigh, they've been doing this for 30 minutes.
I'm starting to fall asleep. Shaka takes one last spoonful then looks at me.
Shaka: "Let's talk. I have dirt on you and you have dirt on me."
Jade: "Yeah. Ready to make a deal?"
Shaka: "Whatcha offering?"
Jade: "Simple. I won't tell Mom that you dented her car with your bike...if you keep your mouth shut about me sneaking out to see Royale."
They both stand behind me.
Shaka: "Deal."
Jade: "Okay."
Y/n: "Finally! It was getting boring watching y'all eat pudding with death glares."
Jade: "For being so dirty, I have never felt so clean."
Shaka: "Welcome to my world."
Y/n: "Poor Jade."
Cocoa: "And welcome to my world."
We all turn around.
Cocoa: "You snuck out to see Royale even though your father expressly forbade it?"
Jade: "I-"
Shaka: "Shameful. I'm gonna leave you two alone to discuss-"
Cocoa: "No, no. Hold on now. You put a dent in my car?"
Shaka: "Come on, mom, it's not a dent. It's just a dit."
Jade: "He also violated my privacy by reading my journal. So, technically, he's a little bit worse than me."
Cocoa: "You both are on punishment until I tell you otherwise."
Jade,Shaka: "This is all your fault!"
Cocoa: "No, no! This is both of your faults."
They both scoff and walk away.
Cocoa: "Come on Y/n, I'll take you home. Just let me get what I was coming for from M'Dear's room."
Y/n: "Okay."
I get up and grab my stuff when I overhear Shaka talking to someone. I figured it was Elvis coming back.
Shaka: "Jade and I are on punishment and it would have just been Jade if you would've kept your mouth shut."
Elvis: "Come on Shaka. We're talking about Jade. You know she's got a hold on me."
Shaka: "Does it look like I care?"
Y/n: "Shaka!"
Shaka: "What?! He sold me out."
He turned to Elvis.
Shaka: "You sold me out! Our friendship is over." He slammed the door and ran upstairs. I feel bad for both of them. But which do I follow? I can't consult both at the same time. I- I feel like I'm choosing between my boyfriend and my best friend.

So who do I choose?
