The night was icy cold and windy, and the car park stood isolated and deathly quiet. From the shadows of the car park stepped out a teenage girl, around 16 years old.

She wore a white t-shirt and a black leather jacket with black skinny jeans and black boots. Her straight, dark brown hair blew in front of her face, which wore a cold expression.

Her hands were stuffed into her pockets and even though the night was as icy as a December night gets, she showed no signs of being cold.

She stepped forward into the entrance of the car park and stood there as still as the night, making no movement. She glared coldy at her surroundings, taking them in.

A few minutes passed, and another teenager stepped into the scene, he was a tall, stocky 19 year old boy, also dressed in black. He walked into the car park and approached the girl.

They stood in silence for some time, and then the boy said

"Ready."

The girl didn't reply, but just nodded in response.

In sync, they both left the dark car park and began walking up the road. The road was silent except for the occasional car which zoomed by and the sound of their foot steps.

They continued walking until they reached an old jewelry store, where a group of men and women in their 20's waited for them.

The men and women were also dressed in black, as the two youngsters arrived a woman with long brown curly hair lead the group to the front of the jewelery store and rested her hand on the handle.

"Stick to the plan," she said meanly, before opening the door roughly and entering the store.

Accompanied by two men she ran towards the store keeper and held a gun to his head, the other two men tied him up and shoved him in a corner.

Meanwhile, the girl headed towards the centre of the store where the most valuable jewels were kept. She reached out towards the glass case, and as she did a jewel caught her eye. It was a silver chain necklace with an emerald pendant on it.

The necklace seemed to stand out from all the rest. She stepped towards the pendant and slowly reached out a shaky hand, her eyes focused on the necklace.

As she reached out to touch it, the sound of a gun shot disturbed the silence, and a bullet shot past her, scraping her side as she fell to the ground.
