"It happened again, I saw her."

"Again bro, you need to get that under control before it comes back."

"You don't understand it's not something I can control it just, happens."

"I thought it only happens when you sleep."

"Well, it did but she's changing the plan it gave me. Now I've been just falling unconscious and having them."

Suddenly I realized it was Saud sitting behind me talking about the same thing I wanted to talk to him about. I thought this was the perfect way to find out what was happening to him. As long as he doesn't realize it's me then the conversation will last longer.

"You think it wants you to join again?"

"Why would it?"

"I don't know man, what else could it be?" The room went silent with thoughts and ideas.

"What about the girl? The one you keep seeing."

"What about her?"

"What does she look like? Does she talk to you?"

"Well, she has-."

I was listening intently when I felt a little tap on my back. I turn around to find a smiling girl with long red hair in two pigtails wearing a white gown. Her smile slowly turned into a frown and signaled me to get closer to her. I was hesitant at first but slowly leaned my head closer to her. At first, she didn't say anything but then she whispered.

"Someone is going to die Anne."

I slowly look up enough so our eyes were meeting.

"What?" I said in almost a whisper.

She grabbed my shoulder hard and scowled, yelling.

"ANNE, ANNE, ANNE, ANNE."

I looked up and saw Saud kneeling on the ground face to face with me holding my shoulder.

"Are you okay? You turned around and started staring at us."

I didn't say anything I just stared at him, processing what just happened.

"Do you want me to take you home?" He said in a slight whisper to save me from embarrassing myself anymore.

I shook my head slowly not wanting to see my mom right now. He sighed and looked around thinking before he looked at me again.

"Do you want to come over to my house?"

I looked down at my lap fidgeting with my hands while I nod slowly. He chuckled under his breath, letting go of my shoulder to rub my back.

"Okay, just wait right here I'll be right back."

He walked over to the group of guys he was just talking to. Probably about the situation and how he has to leave early because of me. But after a while, he came back with a slight smile on his face. I could tell that he was excited about something but doesn't want to be annoying about it.

"I can get your food to go, then we can hop in my car and go to my house to hang out. Sound good?"

I nodded and got off of my seat to walk beside him.

When we got out the door it was pretty cold out. But I didn't care because we were going to be in a car. He went towards the passenger's side, and for a minute I got confused.

"Aren't you driving?"

He laughed. "Yeah, I'm opening the door for you."

"Oh, thank you, I'm a little out of it today."

"It's okay, honest mistake." He said and opened the door. I got in the car and stared out the door window. I barely noticed that he got in. I was too busy looking at the trees swaying back and forth with the wind.

"Are you sure you're okay?" He asked again.

"Yeah, It's just something really weird happened to me." I said looking down at my lap not wanting to look at him for some reason.

"Do you want to talk about it?"

"Yeah, maybe later." I said turning back to the window. He turned the car on and started to pull out of the parking lot. The drive was pretty silent, which didn't bother me or Saud. He's always been the silent kid that would sit in the corner looking sad or depressed. And I was always the kid that would sit by him no questions asked. When we went into middle school we made four other friends and called our friend group the six-pack.

Will was the fastest and strongest of the group. He was always a little too rough.

Frank was the smart one in the group, he always knew the correct answer to everything.

Hannah was the mom of the group she made smart quick decisions in scary situations and always knew how to help us.

And Eve was the prettiest of the group but she wasn't all just looks, she was very creative and was very good at designing things.

And with our friend group, we made a cliché promise to always be friends. But when high school hit it all changed.

Sooner or later we got to a semi-large white-bricked house. It had a bright red door with a pretty wreath on it. But that's not the only thing that caught my eye, to the right there was a little cross in the ground by the house. Curiosity got the better of me and I leaned closer to the window. there was a blue blob in front of it. I'm guessing it was a flower? I kept looking at it until I felt a tapping on my shoulder.

"You alright? What are staring at?"

I didn't want to tell him what I was staring at because I didn't want to prompt any memory of his.

"Nothing in particular."

"Come on I want to show you something".

We got out of the car and I followed him up to the door. To be honest I've never been to his house. I guess it just turned out that way. The friend group we made kind of separated when we got to high school. We all had different paths in life we wanted to take. But we never knew how far apart they were from ours.

We got to the door and while he got his keys out I looked to the right to try and find the cross again. The cross had pretty markings on it and had a blue bow with a white knot in the middle. It had a name on it but it was too far away for me to see it. All I saw was a starting letter T and the rest was smaller and I couldn't see it.

"T?...who do I know that starts with a T?" I said under my breath.

"What?"

I look up at him

"Huh?"

"Did you say something?"

"Yeah, I was just talking to myself."

He turned back to the door and twisted the key, unlocking it. "Welcome to my humble abode." He said, and open the door.
