Life Line

She kept walking making her way far from the castle. Her tears steaming down in process. She wanted to go away from him and leave the castle but then now why isn't she happy ?

Why was she sad ?

Why was she broken ?

Why was she in tears ?

She has fallen in love with him .

Soon after evening it was night . She was very far from his castle . Stopping by in the woods against a big tree she rested her back taking deep breaths as she was tired from all the walking.She didn't know where she was headed to . She didn't plan to go back to her mother as he would easily be able to find her which she didn't want .

She was homesick for a place she didn't know existed or not. Lost in her own thoughts until she heard horse shoes receding . She knew she couldn't walk further so she decided to hide in the bushes .

The horse shoes slowed down as they walked now. She covered her mouth taking light breaths as the person on the horse jumped down and walked around. She calmed a bit as the person climbed back on the horse she peeped up to look at him when her foot stepped on the branch grabbing the person's attention as he got down again and went in her direction .

She could feel the person getting closer and without thinking twice she got up running forward making the person chase her as well . She ran as fast as she could but to her dismay her foot tripped by a rock as she fell forward but he pulled her back crashing her in his chest .

The sudden fall made him lose him balance as well as they fell down rolling down the dried leaves path . The rolled down simultaneously him on top then her on top finally stopping she lay above him while he underneath her. Their deep breaths were only that could be heard in the deep forest .

Her tears fell as his scent invaded her senses as punched his chest and he let her . He sat up slowly now she was sitting on his lap.

"Leave me." He held her wrists behind her back connecting there foreheads.

"Never." She sobbed uncontrollably as he buried her face in his neck and pulled out the dried leaves stuck in her long tresses.

Moments later she calmed down as he whistled his horse and the creature walked forward to him bending down as he took the flask tied to him which stored water in it . Opening the tip he gave it to her who refused but he pushed it again and made her drink it .

Taking a few sips she pushed it back as she felt dizzy for no reason . She tried to get up but she had no physical strength left as he had a tight grip on her simply staring at her with his deep and dark brown orbs .

"I feel dizzy ." She mumbled as he nodded .

"I know its the effect of the sleeping medicine I made you drink ."

"Huh ?" Her system was soon shutting down as he whispered in her ears.

"Goodnight precious ." Before she fell in his chest and he picked her up laying her horse climbing up on it before making her sit as well and holding her tightly so she wouldn't fall and rode back to the castle .

NEXT DAY

She looked down playing with her fingers while being presented in the royal throne room in front of him with the palace gate guards. It was all silent until his footsteps were heard and the king made his way inside the room to his throne .
