Frozen heart - Encanto

Breakfast

Waking up the next morning Elena was looking at the strand of white hair whilst standing in front of her mirror to show the rest of her hair still brown earning a sigh from the girl as she tried to style her hair to hid the white strand. Upon finally doing her hair she smiled and walked out the door and walked outside for breakfast with the rest of her family.

Upon entering the area she could see her older sister Delores with a plate filled with more food than needed. Smirking she walked over to him with her plate and began to put her food on to the dish. Side eyeing the girl she spoke "you know Delores I heard interesting things about Camilo in the town" the older girl imperially turned to her shocked but a smile could be seen  trying to form on her face.

"Oh what did you hear then?" She asked and stared at Elena with wide eyes. The younger girl smiled innocently at her before moving and took a arepa off his plate and onto her own.

Shrugging her shoulders Elena turned to the space where the table would be "I'll tell you when Camilo isn't hear Dolores or should I say my lovely twin Camilo" she said and stood waiting for Luisa to carry the table out earning a groan from the boy shifted as their older sister.

Whilst waiting Murabel came out and and talked to Camilo gaining Elena's attention "Hey, Dolores, you know out of all my older cousins, your like,my favourite cousin right?" Elena scowled at that and muttered a "rude" under her breath. "So I feel like I can talk to you about anything, ergo, you can talk to me about anything, like the problem with the magic last night that no one seemed to worry about, that maybe you hear about, that maybe I should hear about" she said as Camilo just stared at her whilst holding his plate not knowing what to say.

Soon Elena and Camilo's father, Felix, came out the house with the actual Dolores behind him "Camilo stop pretending your Delores so you can have seconds" he said causing Camilo to turn back into himself with a bored look.

"Worth a shot- ah!" He said when Casita hit him with a window multiple times "eh" he walked away with his food to stand by his sister. Luisa walked out carrying the table and placed it down so that the chairs could be moved to their spaces. Camilo went and sat next to his cousin Isabella and his twin, Elena, whilst trying to steal back the arepa she stole.

Abuela walked to her seat with a cup in hand as she addressed everyone "family we are all thankful for Antonio's wonderful new-" as she was about to sit down the three animals probed their heads on the table underneath their front paws. "Gift" Abuela sighed.

Antonio surrounded by his Animal friends smiled at the elderly woman "I told them to warm up your seat" he told her and the woman smiled as she ushered the animals off her chair.

"Thank you tonito, I'm sure today we'll find a way to but your blessings to good use" she told the boy and continued to address the family while they ate their breakfast and Mirabel whispered to Luisa, not listening to abuela at all.

Mirabel suddenly yelled out whilst slamming her fist on the table and points at her sister "you do!" Startling everyone as they stared at her.

"Mirabel if you can't pay attention I will help you" Alma said to the youngest girl, who tried to disagree with her but the girl was cut of. "Casita" and suddenly Mirabel's chair moved back and moved Pepa and felix down the table so that Mirabel could sit next to Abuela this action earned a snicker from Elena, who was watching with a raised eyebrow. "As I was saying, we must never take our miracle for granted, so to day we will work twice as hard" the head of the family told everyone and a exited Mirabel pushed her chair out of the table.

"I will help Luisa" the girl in glasses exclaimed trying to stand up before being sat down and moved back to the table.

Abuela Alma looked at her from the corner of her eye "stop" she told the girl as the chair trapped her to the side of the table. The older woman stood from her seat and walked behind her family "first an announcement, I've spoken to the Guzmáns about Mariano's proposal to Isabella, Dolores do we have a date?" She said standing behind the two oldest girls and turned her attention to Dolores.

Dolores tilts her head up as she stops eating to focus on the conversations in town "tonight, he wants five Babies" she told Abuela this caused Isabella's eyes to widen as flowers grew on her head and Elena to choke on her juice and being patted on the back by her tio Augustine.

"Sorry for your body Isa" Elena muttered with a grimace though no one heard what her sister said Dolores let out a small giggle.

Flowers appeared in Isabella's hair as she looked shocked and Abuela began taking out the flowers "wonderful, suck a fine young man with our perfect Isabella will bring a new generation of magical blessings and make both of our family's stronger" as the older woman walked away Camilo turned into Mariano, the man in love with Elena's cousin that he can't stop staring at, and smirked at her raised his eyebrows and puckered his lips as he faced Isabella.

Isabella moved her hand infront of his face and sent flowers into his face causing him to change back and cough out the flowers in his mouth. Elena laughed at their exchange until she saw her Abuela look at her causing her to go silent and mutter a small "sorry" and went back to her food.

"Ok, our community is counting on us la familia Madrigal" she said to everyone who the repeated the last three words of what she said before some went to finish their breakfast and others began to head to the town to help the people one of them being Luisa, Elena's older cousin with the gift of strength.

Turning to her brother Elena saw that he was still eating and decided to wait for him like everyday. "What chores do you have today then Chameleon?" She asked him when he stopped eating to get a drink of juice infront of him.

Not looking up at her Camilo answered her "you know the usual babysit for any mothers needing a break, turn into a different person when someone else is needed for my help, and entertain the kids until they smile what about you frosty?" His question caused her to sigh and look down at the table.

"Oh same like everyday make ice sculptures, ice to cool people down, snow for kids to play in, and you know always being happy everyday no matter what" she says with fake enthusiasm causing the older boy to look at her in concern, not liking how she had to act around everyone 24/7.

Finishing the food on his plate the boy stood and held a hand out for his beloved twin who accepted it and both began to walk to the town ready to start their day of helping people. Elena looked at her brother with a smirk and began to run still holding his hand causing him to stumble as he tried to keep up before deciding to run with her.

He raised a eyebrow at her chuckling form "you know a warning would of been nice so I don't fall and damage my beautiful face, sis" he told her as they reached the town with kids noticing the Madrigal twins began running and screaming Camilo's name.

She laughed at what he said and took her hand out of his as she began to walk away not before shouting out to him "now where's the fun in that? And your face isn't that beautiful" this caused the other 15 year old to pout and glare at her as the kids then swarmed around him stopping the rant he was going to have.
