Conceal dont feel

Elena walked through the town with many young children following behind her asking for the older girl to make them things.

"Make a ice bear!"

"No a leopard"

"No make me a crown!"

As the children continued to yell annoyance began to creep into Elena's head and bring her a headache. Placing a hand to her forehead she continued walking ignoring the children that began to get louder the more she ignored them.

Elena stopped walking and turned around to face them "can you all go play somewhere else I have lots of chores to do" she told them and watched as they all began to walk away with disappointment in their eyes. She smiled and let out a sigh of relief when they left "finally" and carried on her journey.

Though she didn't get far when adults began to swarm her with questions and demands giving her no time to answer. The commotion around her began to increase her stress and annoyance causing Elena to place her other hand to her head to try and sooth the pain.

"Elena I need a statue!"

"Can I have some ice?"

"Can you make me a necklace"

"I need a engagement ring Elena"

Elena's breathing began to increase each time she was asked to do something and it didn't help that the group of children now came back though the number of children increased. The wind around everyone began to cool drastically and pick up causing the trees and bushes to dance wildly in the air. Stepping away from everyone she turned around to see she was trapped in a circle of people, panic began to grow in her eyes that searched for an exit or any member of her family though seeing none began to scare her.

"Elena can you... please?"

"I .... Here .... She .... Me"

She now focused on her breath only hearing parts of what people were saying though was brought out of her trance of her hands when someone roughly placed their hand on her shoulder causing her to flinch slightly. "Miss Madrigal I need some decorations for the church immediately!" The panicked voice of the priest told the Madrigal girl, now between a wall and all the people, startled she placed her hand onto the wall and the other on her chest.

Though what she wasn't expecting was the wall to start being covered in frost and ice, the people not knowing continued talking over each other whilst Elena just looked at her hands and the wall repeatedly. "Conceal don't feel, conceal don't feel, conceal don't feel" she continued to mutter though seeing herself not calm down she pushed past the crowd, trying to avoid touching anyone with her hand, and ran towards the casita not bothering to see if anyone was following her.

Her eyes only focused on the casita in the distance she didn't see her twin walking around the corner causing her to run into him and fall onto the floor. Camilo looked at her after getting over his shock and concern immediately took over his face taking notice of his sister's hands trembling, hair messy and nearly out of its ponytail, eyes looking around in panic, and her continuous muttering.

Kneeling in front of her he gently held her chin and moved it so that she now looked at the shapeshifter in the eyes stopping her movements as she froze in her spot. He smiled reassuringly at her "hey, hey Elena I need you to look at me, ok?" He said though receiving no response he continued "I need you to breath in and out for me, that's it and again, after you calmed down tell me what's the matter, alright?" Elena followed what the boy said and allowed her self to breath in and out gently still staring into his brown eyes that held nothing but concern for his sister.

Feeling calm she began to stand up though Camilo offered his hand to help her she flinched away from it and stood on her own, leaving ice on the ground where her hand used it for support, Camilo looked where her hand was and sucked in a breath not believing what he was seeing. Though still shocked at what he saw he still tried to hug Elena though failed when she stepped back whilst vigorously shaking her head 'no'.
