I'm the most epic sans ever

Underneath

I stared at them with surprise. Huh I didn't expect to end up here, I thought.

I ended up somewhere I didn't think I would, my own au that I made to be different from other aus...underneath...

The reason why I called it underneath instead of like underground or anything similar to undertale was because in my story, the monsters race willing left and made themselves homes under the ground in a different area then where monsters where sealed in.

Mostly to just let the humans either destroy themselves or something.

They can still come up and see the stars whenever they want to, so non of them lost any hope considering they chose to live underground to avoid the humans who were becoming annoying more recently.

Because I wrote that during the time...well a dark time.

Let's just say I wasn't happy about some things when I wrote the story and leave it at that.

Besides I wanted a happier monster au kind of thing so it just kinda fits...kinda..

Well anyways, at least I know where I'm at. I thought and sneaked away from the papyrus and sans of m-this au.

And then I just explored, sure writing what it looks can sound pretty or awesome or whatever. But seeing it in person is an actually life experience and I love it.

Everything was just..so different! So lovely in the nature I made for my creations-er uh don't know what to call them so I'll secretly call them my kids. Since I did make them and all...

And I'll take that secret to the grave with me, I'm not letting anyone find out I called them my kids secretly. No way am I letting anyone find out and maybe use that against me.

I thought and nodded to myself, as I glanced around the nature I had made for them. It was a mix of colors, well kinda.

It was kinda because I was into a fantasy books at the time when I made the nature for this au.

And then I thought it would be cool that the monsters can see the sky and night sky depending on the time within their underground homes..so I just kinda..did a few things and then I was satisfied.

I had also made it impossible for any humans to find let alone come in here without any monsters permission.

Heck I didn't even want chara or frisk to find this place. Sure they were made to be nice and all but hell no, I don't want any god damn players trying to control either the two and kill my kids to satisfy them.

So I was a bit sorry for the two so I made sure they had great homes and a great family for them. They are also twins in my au.

I also made sure that my au was in a lock, so no players or whatever it is can come in.

Though that was a safety thing I did so I would be relaxed at making my own au, sure I never made a game of it but it's my original au. Well as far as I know. I don't think anyone made an au called underneath but oh well.

It's my au, meaning I can do what I want, what I want was for them to be happy, with no resets or overwrites messing with my au and my kids happiness.

Sure they aren't really my kids but I did create them, so what does that make me? I don't want to be just a creator to them. So I just..mentally adopted them without permission.

I don't have to say anything to them about it or what not.

I thought as I looked up and smiled, seeing the sky in the underground homes on the ceiling of it all, really made my day. I thought and paused, head titled just a little bit as I noticed someone was watching me.

I smiled, "you can come out now."

The figure walked towards me with a curious look.

"Hello...river person..or should I say Gaster?" I said with a smile on my face while Gaster paused before walking towards me and paused again.

"Who are..you?...no I know who you are, your another sans from another au. What brings you here to our au?" Gaster said as he brought his hood down to show his face.

I smiled a little more, "just visiting. I won't hurt anyone here or do anything except watch."

Gaster nodded briefly at that, "so do you know?"

I let out a small chuckled, "of course. They are your nephews are they not?"

Gaster hums a little, "yes. They don't know what I do for a living. Raising them after my brother died was a bit hard. But not so much when you have another monster to help out."

"Yes I'm sure they appreciate you raising them after their dad died. How's fatherhood or motherhood for you?" I asked curious. I never did say what sans and papyrus thought of Gaster, like as a father, or mother, or yet an aunt or uncle who raised them.

After all, monsters don't really have a gender for my au, they may look or sound female or male but they don't have a gender and can chose between the two if they wanted to.

So really, papyrus could think of Gaster as a dad or mom, or aunt or uncle while sans thought the opposite.

"It's been..alright. My partner is really fond over them. And the two have grown so much over the years.." Gaster responded back, already knowing that he could trust the other sans for some strange reason.

"That's good. I'll be back again. But I'll see you around..Gaster." I responded and opened a portal before leaving through it and closing it behind me, satisfied just a little bit about how my au is doing so far.

Meanwhile, Gaster stood there for a few extra moments and pulled his hood back up over his head, once again hiding his entire body and leaving back to his area to continue to work as some monsters wanted to travel between areas.

He was very curious however, how did they know he was Gaster, usually being river person to anyone else was his break time from his actually work. It was amusing to throw everyone off with his weird talking when he was river person, because they would actually have to pay attention if they wanted to understand.

Which most don't except a few. But it was a very curious thing, that other sans knew who he was instantly. Maybe he can sense magic too? Gaster wondered briefly before shrugging it off, oh well he can think about it again some other time when he's back home with his lover and nephews/kids.

Gaster decided and just worked a bit.

Back with epic, who was just walking around the new au he was in, already checking which it was at the beginning.

So abysstale is still here. Interesting and also nice. Unless abyss already brought back his au...oh well he can look more into it soon enough, he's got an au to explore as he never got to saw much of it in the comic on YouTube...
