Ghosting (Beomgyu x Reader)

(6) Confrontation

It was happening again: Taehyun was ghosting you.

This time, you weren't sad because you were used to this by now. You just had to deal with it until Taehyun decided to talk to you again.

But Beomgyu couldn't deal with it.

When the last bell of the day rang, Beomgyu followed Taehyun outside. Taehyun got into his car and drove off. Beomgyu did the same, following behind.

Taehyun parked in the parking lot of the coffee shop where Beomgyu first found him. He got out of the car and walked inside. After a minute, Beomgyu turned off his car and walked inside the cafe.

Beomgyu sat in the corner and watched Taehyun order his food. He then sat at a table at the other end of the cafe. When his order arrived, a girl walked in and sat at his table. "Hey, Taehyun," she chirped. "Chowon," Taehyun reached over the table and hugged her. "How are you?" "I'm good. I missed you though," "I missed you too,"

Beomgyu filled up with disgust as he watched the couple. It just made him furious to see your boyfriend hugging and kissing another girl. You deserved better than that.

Finally, Beomgyu couldn't take it anymore. He got up from his chair and walked to Taehyun and Chowon. He cleared his throat. "Hello, Taehyun,"

"Oh, hey, Beomgyu," Taehyun said, confused. "What are you doing here?" "Can a guy just get a cup of coffee?"

Chowon looked from both of the guys, then at Taehyun. "Tae, how do you know him?" she asked. "Oh, he's just one of my friend's friends."

Friend? Did he call Y/N his friend? That word just made Beomgyu even more furious than he was before. He huffed and leaned towards Taehyun, who backed away in his chair.

"Look here, Taehyun, I don't know what game you're playing, but it needs to stop. Y/N is your actual girlfriend, and you know that. She's going to be so heartbroken when I tell her what you have done."

After saying that, Beomgyu walked out of the restaurant and back to his car. As the two others watched him, Chowon turned back to Taehyun. "Tae, I thought Y/N was your cousin? What is he talking about?"

"Baby, don't listen to him," Taehyun said, grabbing and kissing the girl's hand. "He's just confused with someone else. You're my true and only girlfriend, Chowon, and that will never change."

Chowon smiled and leaned towards Taehyun, kissing him on the lips. "Now," she said. "Let's eat our food now; it's getting cold."
