Camilo's smile faded immediatly,after hearing the news. "What..no why? Can't you stay?" the boy said to Y/n's parents. "I am afraid not darling,we have to go back to work,and the kids still have to go to school." Y/n looked down,sighing. Even though they knew one day they had to go,they didn't want it to happen. Y/n looked at Camilo to see him looking really sad,he just started getting closer to Y/n,just for them to go away? He took the person's hand and went back in Casita,found a quiet spot and sitted on the floor.

Y/n sitted next to them,and sighed. "I don't want to go back" they said,tracing the tiles on the ground with their finger. Camilo rested his head on Y/n's shoulder. "I am not losing you again. We will find a way for you to stay,I promise." He said,closing his eyes. Y/n turned red but did not move an inch. "I won't leave you,Camilo." Y/n said,closing their eyes as well,enjoying the boy's compagny.

The two stays like this for an hour,before Y/n's parents called them to go back home.Y/n got up,but Camilo didn't let go of their hand. "Camilo,I have to go.." Y/n said to the boy. He stayed silent and let go. Y/n lowered to his height. "Camilo,I will find a way to stay,I promise.I'll do anything to stay." Camilo looked at the person and agreed,letting them go. Y/n had a worried look when they left the Casita. "You better not do anything unsafe." Camilo whispered to himself.

Once they got home,Y/n directly went in their room and sitting on the floor before laying down and staring at the ceiling. "I can't go back there,I finally made friends,and I'm getting closer to Camilo." They sighed. They did had an idea,but no plan after. To stay here,they had no other choice. Their parents probably won't accept staying there,because of their work. They got up and made their bag,then went to bed.

A few hours later,in the middle of the night,they got up and the house was silent.Everyone was sleeping,and they got up. They were already dressed,waiting for their family to fall asleep. They grabbed their bag and sneaked out. Once outside,they sighed before a cold breeze embraced them,making them shiver. "God I can't believe what I'm doing." They whispered to themselves,before leaving the town.They went in the surronding jungle,and walked,all night. In their bag,they had packed some spare clothes,bandaids,and of course,their little plant. They couldn't just leave it there.The following Morning,when the sun lighted the jungle,they couldn't see the village anymore.

They tried to come up with a plan to stay,but they couldn't think of anything,so they just walked.

Camilo's POV:

The young boy couldn't sleep all night,thinking of Y/n. At around 8 AM,he heard noises downstairs.Camilo went downstairs just to see Y/n parents,panicked. "What's happening?" He asked.Abuela looked at him,worried. "Y/n wasn't in their room this Morning,and they can't find them anywhere. I'm afraid they may had ran away." Camilo's eyes widened,he immediately got very worried. "What? Are you sure you looked everywhere? They couldn't just leave it's not safe!" The boy said,and directly went to Dolores,his sister probably know where Y/n is. He banged on Dolores's door,begging her to open. She opened it immediately,making the boy fall. "I know what you will ask,come Inside." She said to his brother,and closed the door right behind them. "Do you know where they are?Why did they ran away and why didn't they told me anything? Please Dolores tell me you can hear them!" Camilo said,anxious. "Yes,I know where they are,you are lucky they talk to themselves a lot.I heard everything,since the moment they left their house.And before you ask,I didn't tell anyone because I want them to stay as well,and as long as I can hear them,they will be okay." Dolores said,she is very calm,unlike her brother.

Camilo sat down. "I should have paid more attention,of course they would do something stupid like that! I saw what they did when Casita broke and yet I thought they would just stay there and wait!" Camilo said,Dolores hugged him. "They will be okay,Camilo. I'll tell you where they are so you can go find them before they get hurt,and I'll talk with the adult to get them to stay." The girl said to her brother,and Camilo agreed. He quickly went back to get dressed in his room after Dolores told him where Y/n is,and he got after their friend,while Dolores went to talk with the adults. Y/n's parents got told to stay there while Camilo looked for Y/n,and just in case Mirabel looked around the town as well.

Y/n's POV:

Y/n started getting hungry,and found some fruits,safe to eat of course,and eated them while Walking. Their feets were sore from all the Walking,they were tired,they couldn't get a good night sleep the last few days. It was cold outside,but they got a jacket. It wasn't very warm,but it will do,they didn't pack anything else. They were totally lost,and stopped to sit for a while,feeling dizzy because of the lack of sleep. They rested their back against a rock,and closed their eyes.

The sound of the jungle was comforting,it was so calm and hearing the wind between the leafs of the tree,and a faint sound of running water.They didn't had any more energy to get back up,their bag was next to them,and just like that,they fell asleep. They stayed like this for a few hours.They heard a faint voice screaming their name,and opened slighty their eyes,just t see Camilo,kneeling at their height,looking very worried. "Y/n! Y/n are you okay? Why did you leave? I was so worried! If I knew what was your plan,I would have just kept you with me out of problems!" Camilo said,his hand's on the person's shoulders. He hugged them tight,before checking if they have any injuries. Y/n comforted the boy. "Sorry,I didn't have any plan so I just thought of this,and Don't worry i did not get hurt,I am okay. I was just a little tired." Y/N said,patting Camilo's head,smiling.

Camilo took their hand and helped them get up,and took their bag. "Come on,I'm sure Dolores found a way to let you stay!" He said,smiling. Y/n looked at him. "You guys...I love you,thank you so much!" They kissed Camilo on the cheek,and the boy turned red. "I,Um,You're welcome!Of course we want you to stay!" He said while looking away and guiding them back to Casita.

Once they got back Y/n's parents ran up the their child to hug them.They didn't scold them,they were too worried about them to be angry. Behind them,Dolores made a thumb up to Camilo,who smiled. "Y/n,I think your parents have something to tell you." Dolores said,Abuela by her side. Y/n's mother looked at their kid. "Y/n,Dolores told us your point of view,and after talking with Abuela,we agreed that if you feel happier here with the Madrigals,then you can stay. We'll come to see you as often as possible,and you'll be staying in Casita with them. The adults will take care of you. As much as we love you,we,as parents,have to put your happiness first." the mother said to their kid,who looked surprised. "Really? I get to stay? I can really stay!" Y/n hugged tight their mother and father,thanking them.

They then turned to the Madrigals and hugged them too,except for Camilo,they kissed him on the cheek. Bruno,who just got out to see what was all the noise coming from,saw the kiss and told a rat to remember that for the next episode of the telenovelas.

Timeskip to the end of the day <3

Y/n said goobye to their family as they were leaving,their brothers teased them while their parents covered them with love.And then,they left. Mirabel and Camilo called their name,and they turned around to see Camilo,changed into Mirabel,imitating her while the girl pushed him playfully. Y/n laughed and got closer. He then turned into Y/n. "Hi I'm Y/n and I make dangerous choices!" He said in a high pitched voice. "Hey!First I Don't sound like that at all and second my choices aren't dangerous!I am still alive!" they said,running after Camilo to tickle the boy,and the three went back to Casita. Y/n was staying with Mirabel in the nursury,who wasn't a nurcery anymore,it was just a double room now.

Mirabel sat on her bed after Camilo was called by his mother,and faces Y/n. "So,now that we know you will be stuck with me forever,let's talk about you and Camilo! And before you say anything,it's obvious you two are close,don't lie to me!" Mirabel said,happy to play the matchmaker. "What! Mirabel,geez! Well you know what,just out of spite,I won't tell you anything!" Y/n said,laughing. Mirabel gasped. "How dare you! You'll see tomorrow,i will keep an eye on you two!" She said before the two got to sleep,laughing.
