01b || Just Keep Swimming

I was in middle school when I wrote this, it's cheesy.

But, of course, Y/C/N, was right there.

"Oops! Sorry Y/C/N!" You blushed.
"Oh, hey Y/N!" He smiled, almost too happy.
"Hey." You smile back. A smile crawls onto your features but you don't know why.
"Are you here by yourself?" He swims to the edge of the pool, leaning against it.
"I wasn't at first." You mentally roll your eyes, following him.
"Oh, they left you?" He pouts.
"Yes." You sighed, playing with the water.
"I would never leave you." You hear him say under his breath.
"What was that?" You tease. You try to see if he will say it aloud.
"I said I would never leave you Y/N." He blushes as he smirks.
"Oh." You try to hide a smile, looking down at the clear water.
"Hey." He softly says.
You refuse to look, finding the water more interesting than being embarrassed.
A finger hooks under your chin, forcing you to look up at him.
A soft smile shines on you as you shyly look at him.
"I like you. A lot." He pulls you closer by the waist.
"I like you too." You say barely above a whisper.
"Good. That'll make this easier. Will you do me the favor and greatest honor of being my girlfriend?" A huge smile breaks onto his face.
"Yes." You softly splash him with water.
A bigger smile breaks onto your face but this time, you know why.
