Addie POV
I woke up with the image blurry in my eyes. I saw three heads looking down at me. There was Mom, Abby, and Dr. Smith. I sat up and looked at myself. There was a cast on my leg and a brace on my hip. I was in excruciating pain.
"What happened?" I whisper talked.
"You fractured your hip and dislocated your knee. You also were under a coma, so you're gonna have to stay here for another week." Dr. Smith said.
Then Mom pushed Abby toward me.
Abby's makeup was smeared, she must have been crying.
"Abby has something to say to you." Mom said. Then Abby walked up to me.
"I'm so sorry, I am a terrible sister. I should have never done any of that stuff to you, and I love you, sis. I'm so sorry." she said, tears starting to form in her eyes.
"Abby, it's ok. I never should have overreacted and I should have never ran away." I said, feeling tears form in my eyes. Then Mom grabbed Abby's shoulder and whispered something in her ear.
"Way to ruin the moment, mom." she said to mom.
"Sorry, excuse us for a moment."Mom said to Dr. Smith and I.
Abby POV
"You need to apologize to May for putting her in this mess." She told me.
"Mom, we are here for Addie right now I'll do that later."
"Wow, it's starting to seem like your finally starting to care about your sister."
"What did you just say? I've cared about her from the start."
Mom looked shocked that I back talked her. I guess she is pretending I didn't say that because she is hinting to go back in the room.
"Addie," I was trying to say,"I love you. I know I've never said it before, but I want you to know, I love you."
