I could barely breathe but kept running knowing that if I stopped then the whole team would suffer for my mistake

Coach blew the whistle twice and everybody stopped running

"Finally nigga I got asthma" Kori said putting his hands on his knees trying to catch his breath

I walked away from him going by the benches where my bag was at. I grabbed my cold water bottle out and took my shirt off wiping the sweat off my face

I drunk some water to quench my thirst then poured the rest on my head letting it drip all over me. I was so hot that I didn't even care

"Kasen what are you doing?" One of the cheerleaders was standing behind me on the other side of the gate when I turned around

"What it look like? I'm hot then a bitch, bring me a water" I told her and she grabbed one of the water bottles from their cooler

"Hmm" She pushed it through the gate handing it to me

"Good looking" I said and she nodded walking away

"I'm telling!" Kori yelled making me look and him and frown

"Gon head I ain't do shit" I laughed pulling out my phone to check my messages. Kori little weak ass threat reminded me to see if my girl texted me
