So this one doesn't really apply to the anime, it's more in terms of the canon of the manga. It's also relatively short but still something to think about.
In the anime, pharaoh 90 is wounded and then destroyed by Sailor Moon and Sailor Saturn. In Crystal, he is also destroyed by Sailor Saturn.
HOWEVER, in the manga he only severely injured by Saturn, not entirely destroyed (I actually checked the manga and yep, it's true) She actually sends Pharaoh 90 back to their original world/universe (Tau Nebula), meaning that they are still alive!
One could say that they could never interact with the main cast ever again, but how are we so sure? Pharaoh 90 was also one of the incarnations of Chaos (revealed in the Sailor Stars arc). If chaos continued to thrive during the Infinity arc, who's to say Pharaoh 90 also didn't continue to thrive? Since they were able to gain entrance through Professor Tomoe's lab, I highly doubt they wouldn't be able to get through the portal again.
