I hold back a hiss when she once again calls me a girl. I rub against her leg forcing out a purr. She picks me up and I rub against her neck purring loudly. "Your soo sweet what am I gonna call you?"

A knock sounds at the door and before she can say anything it swings open horus stands there but something is wrong off even more off than usual I mean. A sinister energy seems to fill the room and the girl tenses up.

His feathers ruffle up and he twitches as if he heard something behind him.
"Horus?" The girl asks her voice laced with fear. Her gold arm squeezing me tightly to her chest. He glares at her a animalistic look to him as if hes looking at a prey animal.

He shakes his head pacing in front of her door for a moment. "Would you like a seat?" She asks backing up to the closet.
He laughs. "You little harlet you think you can trick your daddy. I made you little bird. I made you and I can get rid of you."
"I would never let's just breathe." She whimpers.
I swallow hard I gotta fucking go I'm not dying for this bitch. I jump out of her arms dashing between the birds legs. I need to get set.

Jasmine's pov

"I dont understand." I say nervously. Feeling so small and weak. Who wouldn't be horus has lost his mind I thought he was happy with anubis.
"You dont understand? You think I'm gonna fall for that. I know what you did." He jabs a taloned finger into my face far to close to my eye.
"You stole anubis stole his affections. He said your name while he slept in my nest." He snaps digging his talon into my skin I grab his hand in my gold one unable to hold him back.
"I can't control that!" I shriek he drags his talon towards my eye cutting me open further.

Horus is jerked back by his head sets cane forced through his back and out his chest a black sludge leaking from the wound. Horus shrieks trying to fight back slamming set into my bedroom wall as sand flows into my room surrounding them like a raging river.

"Get out of here out of the building! I'm taking it under the sand." Set yells grabbing one of horus's wings he shrieks as a loud snap fills the room and I book it not questioning his motives. I'm sure he has a reason to take his entire home under the sand with horus inside. I run through the halls getting lost until the servants run by carrying the dogs. I follow them unti we reach the sands outside.
Turning to watch the building sink under the sand.

I suddenly feel sick like I abandoned set to deal with my problem,and now he could be dead.
"Sets gonna be okay." One of the girls say rubbing my shoulders. "Why don't you let us look at that wound?"
I nod turning towards her she's a very pale looking girl almost shiny in the sunlight. Her pupils are rectangular and her hair seems unnaturally coarse for a human.

"Stand still for a moment." She says softly her hand comes up barely touching my wound the pain disappears leaving me with that sort of itchy feeling a wound gets when it heals. Paige and agnes appear beside us. Agnes unnaturally quiet.

"Agnes." The girl chuckles.
"Oh l-lune I didn't see you." Agnes says awkwardly.
"Thank you for contacting me lune. Until this area is safe you will all stay with me." Paige says softly. Paige swoops me off my feet. "Wait wheres my cat!" I ask panicking. The servants look around until one steps forward. "I saw him with set last." She says awkwardly.
I sink into Agnes's chest fearing the worst the servants also seem to sulk as tears prick our eyes.
"We must go." Paige says softly linking hands with the servants lune grabbing agnes. With a snap of paige's finger we go from a hot dessert to a chilled library. I had hoped after going out and having so much fun I'd have a good day just one good day.
Agnes sets me down on a couch. I cant help the numbness that overwhelms me,and I curl into the back of the couch.

Sets pov

Horus thrashes within the sand as I hold him under it hoping he'd either suffocate In the quick sand or come back to his senses. Either way he's much weaker underground. On the surface I'd be a blood splatter by now and gods dont even bleed.
The corruption does however it bleeds as a black sludge.
Horus's Beak manages to catch my arm biting into my flesh and jerking his head back my flesh turning to sand. His struggle slows until he falls limp and I teleport us into our realm letting him fall to the ground.
The cat escapes my shirt. Its fur standing on its end. A servant pauses in front of us shocked.

"Get someone anyone." I huff weakly my staff still stuck through horus. If he had his mind intact he would have destroyed me even underground. Ra and sekmet rush to our aid.

"Do you have any of the artifacts?" I ask ra. "Two of them and I have horus's sons crafting her canopics. They agreed to help."
"Her siblings really agreed to this?" I ask shaking weakly.
"They can see they're father has lost his mind they will do anything to help."

"Good." I huff grabbing my staff and jerking it from horus. Then picking up the very startled feline. Sand embedded into our every crevice.
I narrow my eyes at anubis red angry claw Mark's litter his body his wrists furless and red as well. It seems he's spent his time bound. He wont meet my eyes hopefully ashamed of himself.

I turn from them to weak to teleport again. I've been allowing paige to dip into my power but it seems I wont be able to allow that tonight. Ra takes my free arm. "You did well." He praises.
"I'll check on her tonight."
"How did horus know where my temple was?" I ask irritated.
"Its very hard to find even with it constantly moving. You need to cloak it next time."
I huff allowing ra to lead me to my room. "I'll raise it tomorrow and I'll have paige help me."

I set the cat down as soon as we're inside it rushes into my room.
"Rest well set tomorrow I'll ready my tomb. Then we'll find anything else we need by the end of the week."
