I cuddled up on the bed with Dan as we played Pokemon on our handhelds (Nintendo DS's). I got mad and pushed Dan off of the bed. "Agh! You arse! I hit my leg!" He moaned. Worried, I rushed to his side to see him clutching his leg and squinting his eyes. "Oh gosh, Dan! I'm so sor-" Dan grabbed me an threw me on the bed. I screamed in surprise and he flopped on top of me. "GAH! Asshole!" I laughed while he held my arms down and stared into my eyes. "What are you doing?" I giggled, slowly becoming memorized. "(Y/n)..." He said quietly. "I want to have a baby." I was shocked at his statement. He bit his lip in his anticipation for me to respond. "I-I...Dan are you even ready for the responsibilities of having a child? Once again, Dan, I'm only 19. I don't think I've done enough in my life to be ready to start a family," I looked at him, his face growing disappointed. "D-Dan I-" "No, no, I understand. I'm sorry for mentioning it. I just...I just thought you'd...." He trailed off, dismounting me and sitting on the edge of the bed with his head down. I wasn't sure how to respond to his little episode. I put a gentle hand on his shoulder, causing him to look up at me with only the saddest if eyes. I almost cried. "Dan, I had no idea that this was so important to you. But don't you lose hope. Have you ever imagined how many times I've dreamed of us having a family? Millions." I half smiled. He did too. He hugged me on his side. I put my head on his shoulder for him to only lay on my head afterwords. "I didn't mean to cause a scene, dear. I'm sorry." He kissed my head and intertwined our fingers together. I giggled softly. "The future is closer than you think!" "Dan paused for a second and looked down at me. "What do you mean, (y/n)?" He gave me a confused look. I held his hand and kissed it. "Hehe Dan, I'm already pregnant!"
