In studying for quizzes and exams, use these to be more efficient. Just use the notes as a guide on what to review in case you're struggling on answering questions on a lesson.
It works :) active recall. Sometimes all it will take you are 15 mins of the day to master a full chapter
Just review them consistently
Flashcards can be printed onto an index card or I think there are websites out there that make flashcards and all you have to do is convert the file into jpeg and attach them. They're better to use in quick reviews for quizzes. Since professors ponder on terms and definitions.
Practice questions are like exams—more on application. So that you'll train yourself to answer questions that are already written on an exam type. Fewer chances of mental block on the day of the exams.
That's the secret on how to hack the system hahaha :)
