Part V: Reunite

Y/N squeezed the Monty plushie close to her chest. Kaiden gave her a look. "You're weird. Do you like him or something?"

Y/N felt her face burn and her head whipped to her brother. "No! It's just... it's not like that! I... I just thought how he'd helped us a- and I guess this would be a thank you!"

"Uh-huh... 'thanks for helping my little brother I bought a giant plush of you for myself as a thanks!" Kaiden teased.

Y/N gave her brother a shove.

There was a larger crowd by the main stage, making it more difficult to see the stage. Y/N stood on her tip-toes, hoping she might be able to get a decent view of the show, but it was no use.

Kaiden tugged on his sisters arm. "If we go around to the side of the stage we might be able to get through to the front if we stay close to the wall?"

Y/N blinked. "Uh... we can try?"

Y/N shuffled through the crowd that had formed behind them, who gladly shuffled forward to take the twos spot. Around the sides there was still a small crowd, but they were scattered about, making it easier to move around.

Y/N and Kaiden has just reached the right side of the stage when the pre-show video began to play. "We gotta hurry!" Kaiden whined.

They pressed themselves up against the stage and started to shuffle along the sides, Y/N's plush still safely in her arms, and shuffled further and further into the thick crowd. Occasionally someone would make and annoyed grunt, but nobody really protested.

"Ugh!"

Y/N turned her head to her younger brother. A small group of two to three girls were pressing further to the stage as the sound of the escalator rising from below sounded, and were crushing Kaiden. "Hey! Excuse me!" Y/N yelled out to the girls over the loud music and screams.

"Hey! Stop, you're crushing my brother!"

The girls ignored her completely. "Get... off!" Kaiden croaked, trying his best to push the girls off to no avail. The ground roared as the animatronics rose to the stage.

Y/N didn't care. She moved closer to the girls, shoving her arm infront of them. "Are you blind?!" She snapped at them, "you're crushing a child!"

The girls turned to her, one of them hitting her arm away and scowling. Y/N flung her arm back, pushing the girls back. "Don't touch me!" One of the girls cried out, grabbing Y/N's arm and pushing it backwards, causing her to yelp in pain. "Y/N!" Kaiden's voice pleaded.

Y/N's eyes narrowed on the girls. Now they were gonna get it! She grabbed the girl closest to her, right as the alligator leaned over the edge of the stage. He wrapped his free arm around the boy, and let out a long deep growl at the girls.

"Get... out..."

The girls stumbled backwards, tripping over one another before running out of the atrium. Kaiden let out a sigh. "You alright, kid?" Monty cooed.

Kaiden nodded, and Monty looked over at Y/N. "You came!" He beamed. Y/N laughed.

Monty looked down in her arms, noticing the plushie of himself. His face grew red and his tail swung behind him, his smile growing larger the longer he stared. "I know, I know! We can talk about it later, you have an audience!" Y/N chuckled.

Monty nodded, a little disappointed to be having to wait longer to talk to the girl, but willing to be patient.

For the rest of the show, the alligators red-pink glowing eyes never left Y/N's.
