CONSIDERING the fact that you were draco's sister, it wasn't a surprise to anyone that you and ron wouldn't get along that well. it's as if the two of you couldn't go a day without bickering at each other. at first, the only thing you two felt towards each other was pure hatred. but as time passed and you both got older, you began to experience new feelings towards each other that were stronger than hatred.
you both continued to bicker because neither one of you wanted to admit to those feelings. even though, bickering only made it worse as it would sometimes, unintentionally turn into flirty bantering.
out of the two of you, ron had the hardest time hiding those feelings. especially when everyone gathered around you after you jinxed cormac mclaggen for crossing your boundaries. ron laughed as he hit the ground, his body bound together to where he couldn't move. your eyes were sparkling with victory and contentment. ron admired your confidence so much, he didn't realize how much it made him smile until he looked over to see draco and your shared friends looking in his direction. immediately, ron cleared his throat and stopped smiling as if nothing happened. as much as he wanted to hide it, he couldn't. it was obvious that he was falling for you.
