Preeran nd aryan were kniwing each other from college time preeran use to love eachother madly as preeta was an orphan karans family didnt liked her and thought she was just for his money and didnt accept her but karan went against his family and decided to marry her after getting settled and shreya was karan's childhood friend she secretly loved karan but for studing she went to U.S.A and would be coming back to india and will be confessing her love where as karan finally decided to propose preeta to marry him and on the other side preeta came to know she is suffering from a heart diseas and the only time left with her is 4 weeks if heart not transplanted than she will not be able to survive but knowing how much karan loves him she decided to make him hate herself so that even after a month she dies he doesnt get himself drowned in sorrow and ruine himself so when he called her in a garden to propose her she with the help of aryan as per the plan said no in a mocking tone ki she dont love him and was just using him for money and setting up aryans bussiness and she love aryan not him and left

story beginss**

preeta was sitting in her room with a gloomy and teary face seeing her and karans photo and then only a boy came revealed to be aryan

Screen shift to luthra house in a room where a boy is shown seeing a pic of his and a girl

saying this he went down towards his family member and saw a beautifu girl was shown sitting and talking revealed to be shreya she directly went to karan and hugged him tightly then dragged him toward the centre of hall and went down on the knees in front of him he looked at her shocked

shreya: karuu i know u since childhood and trust me u were alwayzz very special for me and i love you the most u are my life will you marry me? saying so she looked at him with hopefull eyes karan was about to say no but then only his mother came hold his hand and said yes he looked at her shocked he without saying anything just hold her hand and took her to his room

karan: shreya dekh i know tu mujhse pyaar karti bai but i dont love you i love someone else but i dont y when i proposed her she rejected saying she love someone else

shreya: ohh means she dont love you then y are u not accepting me and move on ??

karan: nahi shreya agar sach hota toh i would have but yeh sach bhi toh nahi hai i know she is lying but y that only i need to find out

hearing him she was broken but happy thinking he was trying to move on with tears in her eyes she said

after some days almost( 2 weeks later)in this week she collected info about shreya and got to know that she is his childhood bf and will not hurt him so she backed off her health started deteriorating coz only 1 week was

left for her now AFTER 5 DAYS

it was karan and shreya's engagement and preetas last day in afternoon karan went to hospital with shreya as she got an emergency case he was waiting for shreya when he saw aryan near a bench looking extremely vulnarable he went towards him put his hand on his shoulder aryan turned and looked at karan who was seeing him with confusion karan : aryan tu yaha kya kar raha hai ??

aryan couldn't hold himself back and just hugged him bursting out in tears and said him the most heart wrecking news aryan: she.....she is dy..dy..DYING...

listing him his heartdropped he anyhow composed himself and asked fearfully karan: kaun???

listing this ground beneath his feet slipped his body felt numb he directly fell on his knees but aryan hugged him tightly and bring him back
