Luckily I was able to sleep, just a bit. When I noticed that Sergio was not in my lap anymore and I am laying down. My tiredness loomed over my motivation as I closed my eyes to sleep.
And then I shot my eyes open to remember that I was going to dance. 'The things I do for the village.. And maybe for the Madrigals' I thought as I sprung out of bed and do my necessities.
I got down and greeted my family. "Good Morning!" I shouted as they yelled back. I got an empanada and quickly ran out of the door.
I finished the empanada as the band waved at my direction. "Woah there you seem very energetic" Laughed señor Fernando.
"Actually I forgot I was going to perform" I laughed as I placed my satchel on a hook. "You okay? You know you don't have to do it" Señora Josefina had reassured me.
"No no it's fine" I sighed as I stretched. "Ready mi amiga/o?" Asked señor Luis as I nodded. They had done a tune that's cultural Colombian rhythm (One up above⬆).
"1 and 2 and-" I danced along with the tune, my skirt gliding along with me. I swayed my hips as I usually do. Sometimes waving the skirt/poncho with me, sometimes the clothing apparel turning with me naturally.
I then took off my hair tie to reveal my hair. Not like it actually is long long, just (H/l). And now, my hair was one of my dancers.
Not long after I attracted a crowd. They hyped me up, as usual, to which I enjoyed. I danced along as I got near the crowd. They danced with me as I ran to some of them.
As I turned I saw familiar faces, faces I had seen for the past two days. Dolores, Camilo, and Mirabel. As I saw them, I suddenly got a boost of confidence and swayed a bit more than I did.
They certainly got my energy going. I got here tired, and then I was dancing lively. "You go (O/n)!" I hear Mirabel say as I smirked towards her.
I held my hand to one of my crowds and someone took it. I pulled them towards me and I danced around them. The person I had seemed to pull was Dolores.
She seemed to pick up on my pace though as she started to dance with me. She was smiling and the crowd cheered more. Seems like she's a natural.
The next in line was the one and only Camilo. Not only had he pulled his sister to the side, he got with me very smoothly. I could feel his essence behind me.
He took my hand as if we were dancing together, ballet dancers who are very fond of each other, dancing as the night falls to reveal another dawn.
He had his hand on my hip as we looked at each other. His smug smile was still present, as if to present he was planning on doing something mischievous. I got taken aback by the behavior to return a smirk myself.
I pushed Camilo to the crowd as he stumbled back, eventually gaining his balance. As I danced, I could see Camilo's eyes looking at me. Making me gain confidence, and also loose some at the same time.
I then grabbed Mirabel and pulled her to the center. Some people cheered, some people doubted. Mirabel was standing like a brick stone. I bumped her hip before dancing.
She then slowly but surely danced as the others had hyped her. She looked at me and I did the same. She looked very shy but I gave her an encouraging smile.
She then, just like Dolores picked up my pace and started to dance with me. The crowd was so loud to the point where Dolores was covering her ears yet smiling.
The tune ended and so did the dance. The crowd clapped and cheered as Mirabel and I bowed down.
(Each Madrigal has their own lines in We don't talk about Bruno and so, Pepa's lines was danced by y/n, Dolores' part by Dolores, Camilo's by Camilo and the rest by Mirabel. I do not know if is timed perfectly but that's it)
