 Headcanons: 

- Sanemi and Obanai often hang out together, but they never consider themselves friends. When people ask, they immediately get defensive and deny everything. 

- When the rest of the Hashira found out about Giyu's inferiority complex, they all joined in a  group hug (Shinobu was the first to hug Giyu), and Tengen started crying. 

- Rengoku often brings bento boxes to the Hashira Meetings, much to the annoyance of others, and shouts UMAI in front of Ubuyashiki. He always apologizes after everything though, and Ubuyashiki doesn't really care about eating. In fact, he encourages it since he knows people tend to get hungry during long meetings. 

- Once Shinobu cut herself with her own blade, and poison was injected into her skin. However, it did not affect her. Her partner for the mission, Tomioka, was worried, but immediately relaxed when he realized that she was still poking him. 

- The constant reminder of Kanae every time he sees Victory breaks Sanemi's heart, but warms it at the same time. He thought she was the only one who cared. 

- For Mitsuri's birthday, every year, Obanai gifts her a new pair of socks, as well as new hair bands, so she can have sturdy braids. 

- Once Gyomei dropped his prayer beads, and he couldn't find them anywhere. Everyone joined in to find them. It turned out that Nezuko had found them and used them as a necklace. Shinazugawa was the one who found them. He kidnapped Nezuko, and Tanjiro was in a panic for days. 

- Urokodaki invited all the Hashira for a Christmas gathering on Mount Sagiri. Giyu was already there and became flustered when he realized that the others were coming. The entire time, Urokodaki told embarrassing stories about Giyu's childhood, and the other Hashira were laughing. He didn't come to the next Hashira meeting out of pure embarrassment. Truth be told the other Hashira thought it was cute. 

- Hinatsuru regularly brings treats for the Hashira whenever they end up in the hospital. Shinobu helps her out when she passes them around. 

- Muichiro sometimes engaged in cloud gazing. Looking for a new hobby, Mitsuri joined in and encouraged the others to join Muichiro. However, every time Sanemi joined, he would suddenly get angry at a cloud that seemed to follow him everywhere, and he would swing his sword around. 

- At first, Sanemi got his scars from demons. But then, when he realized that he was a marechi, he began cutting himself intentionally. When Kanae found out, she was driven into a rage and demanded that Sanemi stop cutting himself. He listened, but when she died, he started doing it again. 

- All of Tengen's wives would play pranks on the Hashira. Tengen didn't believe that his wives would do such things, so he never got mad at them for it. Instead, he kept watching over them. At first, he was frustrated, but as they started to prank Iguro, Tengen began to join in. 

- Rengoku and Tomioka often train together, but Tomioka is so airheaded that sometimes he calls Rengoku his "punching bag" and proceeds to beat him up more than necessary. 

- Every time the Hashira's birthdays roll around, Ubuyashiki plans the parties and models the decorations after their respective Breathing Styles. They were all touched, but none of them were sure of what to do when Ubuyashiki's birthday came around. They all decided on purple. 

- Shinobu has a secret garden hidden in the woods. The only people who had ever seen it, Kanao, Sumi, Kiyo, Naho, Aoi, and Giyu, have all been sworn to secrecy via threatening.

- Sometimes, without even realizing it, Obanai steps foot into the Love Hashira's mansion and says hello. Mitsuri loves these visits, but sometimes she wishes that he had a schedule. 

- Mitusri killed a butterfly on accident, and she began crying because she was eating lunch with Shinobu. 

- Gyomei prays in a bamboo forest, and Nezuko often watches him from afar so as not to startle him. However, he always senses her and invites her to sit. 

- Despite him being against letting Nezuko into the Demon Slayer Corps, Rengoku always gets Nezuko and Tanjiro lunch whenever he goes out and tells most of them that they should do the same. 

- Kanae used to bring around fortune cookies for everyone, including patients and fellow Hashira, but Sanemi would never take them. As a result, she began cooking several different dishes and was happy when Sanemi finally took the ohagi she made. She always makes him extra batches. 

- Tengen once bumped into Ubuyashiki on accident, called him flamboyant, bowed, and quickly walked away. That was the first time Sanemi ever burst into laughter around the other Pillars. 

- Muichiro thinks of ducks as bread, for no reason whatsoever. So when he pointed out that a duck in the sky looked like bread, Mitsuri immediately thought he meant actual bread and brought him a loaf the next time they went cloud gazing. 

- Kuwajima used to hit other Pillars on the head as a show of affection. Mitsuri got bruises, Obanai's skin started to swell, Shinobu got headaches, and Muichiro's head grew a suspicious bump. Ubuyashiki banned the tapping of heads, yet he always allows it whenever Neuko comes around. Because he got banned, Kuwajima does it to Zenitsu more than anyone. 

- Shinobu kissed Giyu's forehead on accident when he was in a medically-induced coma, she was reaching over his head to get a wilting flower pot. He hadn't woken up in six days, and he stirred when her lips brushed his forehead. She immediately became flustered whenever she saw him and proceeded to tease him more. 

- Muichiro is skilled at skipping rocks. 

- Mitusri and Urokodaki get along surprisingly well, and he always gives her three times the servings the others get. The others are always jealous, but Mitsuri always shares. 

- At a Hashira Meeting, Tengen was late and when he arrived at the meeting, Ubuyashiki had already dismissed the other Hashira. He began bowing and apologizing for not being more flamboyant enough. As a joke, Ubuyashiki "pardoned" him, but Tengen started crying. Hinatsuru, Suma, and Makio all came to bring him back home, But Suma burst into tears when she saw her husband. Makio and Hinatsuru ended up carrying the two home. 

- When a couple dozen demons broke into the Ubuyashiki Estate, the Hashira teamed up and slaughtered all the demons before one even set foot on the grass. 

- Once Rengoku stopped eating bento boxes, and everyone began to worry since he no longer shouted UMAI. But they all relaxed when they realized that Rengoku was crying because of how good the food is. 

- Muichiro and Mitsuri are like two peas in a pod. Obanai got jealous when they started spending time together. Mitsuri calmed him down with a kiss on the cheek. That day, Muichiro began to cry because he avoided a beating from Iguro. 

- Giyu forgot his salmon daikon at his Estate, and he was already exhausted by the time he got to the Lunch Area. He started crying, silent tears, in reality, and Shinobu even came to see what was wrong.
