Appearance: http://i48.tinypic.com/6dtxjo.jpg (Jack Harries) (yay, get to use the other twin :L) Blye has short, wavy and thick mahogany-brown hair; shorter round the sides and longer on top, stylishly swaying and combed to the right. His eyes are mostly a jade-green that occasionally are infected with a seep of mucky-brown.With a baby like and childish face, his skin is of a clear pinky-white. Blye stands at six foot with a toned build.

Personality: Confident, funny, loud, flirty, childish and slightly arrogant; Blye is careless and somewhat oblivious to life in the districts but wouldn't place himself as a 'commercial' citizen of the Capitol. He does not know much of war, pain or poverty but he doesn't let that define a character and won't judge someone by their district. (Though perhaps it would be safer to do so). He's a very good listener though not the best at responding with advice.
