The boy stands small but with a somewhat muscular, broad build for his age, especially around shoulders and arms.

Personality: Shatter doesn't talk much. He spends most of his time brooding around his complex thoughts. He's constantly thinking of strategies and ways to always be one step ahead of a threat or prey. He isn't easily attached to people and so is rather passive at the thought of loss. He's always prepared and on the ball deeming it hard to even think about outmanoeuvring him.

District Token: Two wooden dice; he uses them for any occasion/event, often finding excuses just to use them.
