Chapter 24: He's Decent

Mark is currently fixing his hair and face in the mirror as he is going to visit mrs. lee today.

He is already in the outfit that he already prepare since last week and felt nervous as lots scenarios were running through his mind.

"Why do I felt nervous? I'm just going to meet aunt lee! For pete's sake mark you already know her since you're a kid!"

He feels like he's meeting his special someone's mom even though it's just jeno's mom

"Jeno is not your boyfriend! Why do you feel anxious meeting her? you already talked in the phone last week!"

The canadian male stomp his feet in frustration as the unknown feeling is bothering him again.

"Why do I feel something like this? It's so bizzare!"

He throw himself in the bed harshly then look up to the ceiling with both of his hands were placed on top of his tummy.

"Please mark just relax! It's just your meet up with aunt lee! She's not going to say she doesn't like you for her son! AHHHHHHHHHHH WHAT IN THE WORLD I AM THINKING RIGHT NOW?!" mark said flapping himself on his bed

His phone ring loudly causing for him to get up and pick it up lazily on the cabinet table beside his bed then gulp and took a deep breath as he saw the person who is calling

"Hello.."

"Are you ready? I'm on my way to your unit now.." the younger stated seriously on the other line

"I am."

"Okay, see you." then he hang-up the phone

Mark took a deep breath again before he quickly get up from laying on his bed.

"Relax mark, okay?" he said looking in the mirror fixing his hair again

After a few minutes, he heard a knock on his door and immediately walk to it.

When he opened the door the view of jeno in his denim pants and long cardigan with white shirt inside welcome him.

Jeno smiled at him before cupping his face and kiss his forehead gently "Mom's waiting for you.." he said hugging the older warmly

Mark return the hug to the younger and let himself indulge in its comforting scent "Really?"

"Yes, are you nervous?" jeno ask slightly detaching himself from the canadian male to take a look at him

"Why would you think of that? Are you my boyfriend?"

The samoyed like male chuckle, how he wish "You're too obvious!"

"Tss!"

"Let's go! Mom has been squealing since last night on the phone because she's excited to see you!"

The younger interlocked their fingers and smile before walking along the way outside of the canadian male's unit building.

When they got inside jeno's car, the canadian male immediately smiled as he saw ginger inside her bag kneading its pillow.

"GINGER!" mark greeted the british long haired who turn its attention to him and pet it using his index finger scratching its head softly

"Meowww.." ginger blink her eyes slowly on the canadian male

"Awww you love me?" he ask with a child like tone then earn a soft meow coming from the cat again "Your cat loves me jeno!"

"I love you too." He smiled as he said those lines on his mind as he look at the canadian male "She wants treats.."
