"Metallic Lights" One-Shot Contest; FIRST PLACE

Alrighty guys, its call come down to this...the first place of the one-shot competition. Like I said when I announced the second place, it really was a close one, but this story stood out from the first moment I read it.

So... without further ado; FIRST PLACE OF THE "METALLIC LIGHTS" ONE SHOT COMPETITION GOES TOO.....

@THEKINGD0M and her one-shot "LOVE AND OTHER NARCOTICS."

First of all, I’d like to say how amazing this one-shot is and everyone reading this now should read @thekingd0m’s work.

Love and Other Narcotics is a pretty giant leap from the plot line of the Metallic Series, but it was fast paced, well described and well dialogued action that was near-perfect Starlie Banner material. Starlie is a twenty year old woman who’s only weakness is a man with a secret –and (trying not to spoil anything here) that side of her is exploited a lot throughout this one-shot. I’m actually glad that @thekingd0m picked up on that side of Starlie, because I often hear from you guys that ‘Starlie is kick-ass’ or ‘bad-ass’ and she is, but she also has a heart and emotions that will come in to play very soon in the series, but for now, you can all catch a glimpse of Starlie’s emotional side in Love and Other Narcotics. I congratulate @thekingd0m on her tremendously amazing work (and I really wish I could use more adjectives to describe this one-shot).

CONGRATULATIONS @THEKINGD0M! You really do deserve this ^.^
