Kaito's POV

I'm in a hospital bed...in a hospital gown, so I think I'm in a hospital.

I look around. I'm in a private room, my grandma must've payed for it.

'What the hell happened?'

A doctor comes in, holding a clipboard and a red pen.

"Mr Momota, you're finally awake." He then ticked something.

"Sorry, I don't mean to be rude but why am I here?"

"You don't know?"

"If I knew, I wouldn't have asked."

"Fair enough. But then I guess that means you don't know about your condition."

"What condition?"

"Kaito, you have a heart disease."

"Excuse me?"

"It's why you've been in the hospital for six weeks."

"SIX FUCKING WEEKS?!" I sat up properly.

"Take it easy."

"Fuck! What the hell?! Can I go?"

"I don't recommend it."

"Have I had any visitors?"

"Only two."

"Really? Who?"

"I didn't ask for names but one was a girl with blonde hair and the other was a boy with light green hair."

'Kokichi didn't come to visit me?'

"Oh."

"They're both here, right now. I could send them in if you'd like."

"Yes please."

"Okay." I was alone for three minutes when Kaede came in with Rantaro.

"Thank fuck you're okay!" Kaede came and hugged whilst crying. "I thought I was gonna loose you."

"How are you feeling, dude?"

"A bit weird but it's probably where I've been in a bed for six weeks."

"You idiot! Why didn't you tell me about your heart condition?!"

"I didn't even know myself."

"The weed probably made it a lot worse. If any of us knew, we wouldn't have given you anything." Rantaro said crossing his arms.

"Do you know how Kokichi is? Or where he is?" Kaede then let go off me and looked at Rantaro.

"I'll let you two talk." She walked out the room.

"So?"

"Kokichi well- he kinda went missing for five weeks but he's recently came back with some news..."

"Is he alright?"

"He's pregnant."

"What?! How?!"

"He's trans, remember?"

"Doesn't he take those weird pills that make trans men for more masculine?!"

"He can't-"

"Why the fuck not?"

"How much don't you know?"

"The fuck do you mean?"

"I'll take that as a 'not that much', so much for a great love if you don't know your boyfriend's situation."
