Johnny
I woke up in an unfamiliar room until my eyesight came back and I realized I was in Darcy's room. I looked over at her clock which struck 3 o' clock AM. I must've been asleep for a good few hours, and I sleep heavily.
I looked over at Darcy who was sleeping peacefully beside me. She must've moved herself to get comfortable and I removed my back from the wall to lay beside her. I drifted off to sleep again since somehow I was still tired.
I finally woke up again and this time it was daylight out. The smell of bacon and eggs filled my nose and I shot up. No Darcy beside me but her door was open.
Two-Bit and Dally was passed out with beer bottles beside them, and Darcy was cooking. I walked up behind her and wrapped my arms around her waist. She jumped in return and smacked me on the arm.
"You're an ass for that" She chuckled.
"You love me," I winked at her.
"Damn right I do," She kissed me.
"Gross," We heard a voice groan.
We turned our heads at the same time and there revealed Dally. He was grabbing his head and rubbing it like the hangover was going to go away. He walked over to the cabinets and got out some pain relief and swallowed them.
"Say you two know a girl around your age, Kelly um," He struggles to say her last name but I instantly told him.
"Robins, Kelly Robins"
Kelly wasn't a Soc, she was smart, and she was pretty nice too. I had her as a science partner our freshman year. Now we're juniors but I haven't spoken to her since.
"Yeah I know her, she's pretty and she's nice," Darcy said while grabbing a plate of bacon and eggs.
I grabbed some too as Dally started to speak about her.
"Do you think she'd go out with me sometime?" He asked, but he seemed nervous. He must really like this girl because he never did that when he first has a liking for Sylvia.
"She might, if you ask her" I said.
"Yeah I think she might," Darcy smiled.
"Okay thanks guys, I'm going to go ask her to the drive in movies that's coming up in a few days. See you soon and don't fool around, Two-Bit is still passed out" He said and we both nodded at the same time.
I grabbed my plate and put it in the sink filled with the rest of the dishes. I walked towards the couch and sat down, I turned on the TV and Mickey Mouse was playing. Shit, if only Two-Bit was up.
After Darcy was done with her plate she walked over to the couch and sat beside me. I grabbed her hand and intertwined it with mine.
Two-Bit was still out for a good time until he finally woke up right as Ponyboy walked in.
"Hey Ponyboy," Groaned Two-Bit. "Darcy, Johnny,"
"Two-Bit," She said back.
"Say guys, who's all going to the movies? The others want to know" Ponyboy sighs. He must've ran here because he was out of breath.
"Me, Johnny, Two-Bit, and Dally went to go ask Kelly to be his date" Darcy spoke. I nodded and Ponyboy nodded at me too before lighting a cigarette.
"I better get going, my parents probably need me for some bullshit" I say as I kissed Darcy on the lips and left.
