Chapter 29

Hey lovelies.....hope you are doing well....after a very long time....thank you so much for patiently waiting for me.....

It's been three days since all the emotional breakdown scenarios of Jin infront of Jungkook, and Yeri meeting Taehyung. Jimin and Yoongi both thought of keeping the matter that they met Taehyung away from Jin for his own good. Yeri too eventually forgot her meeting with Taehyung once she met her favourite Kookie.

Seokjin and Jungkook has become more than neighbours in the past few days. Even though still sometimes both of them feel awkward whenever they meet, something that they both couldn't understand and bring out to words was going on between them. Sometimes Jin's behavior really confused Jungkook. Jin sometimes acts like he is really comfortable with Jungkook but, sometimes he acts like a stranger and that really pisses Jungkook.

Jin even though he felt embarrassed when ever he meets Jungkook, his eyes always looked for him. To be truthful Jin's life changed after meeting Jungkook, he really started to come to his old self again. Both Jimin and Yoongi too noticed the sudden change in Jin. He was back to his bubbly nature whenever he was with Jungkook. Time was slowly passing with happiness in every moment, everyone unaware of the huge storm that was about to wreck everything off.

On the other hand Taehyung was busy finding more information about Yeri's whereabouts. After meeting Yeri he couldn't get her away from his mind. It felt like she was more attached to him. He felt like they were somehow connected and that there is a special bond between them.

He started to love her small giggles and those small smart talks. Even though he spent a very little time with her, it was the most beautiful moment in his life. Her beautiful glassy eyes, those plump lips resembled the very person that he once loved and treasured by his whole heart. But that one person betrayed him and cheated on him..... At least that's what Taehyung always believed.

Everyday Taehyung thought what would happen if Jin never cheated on him or betrayed him... They would be married by now and they would have had a beautiful family. Taehyung always wondered what made Jin to cheat on him... What did he couldn't give to Jin? Was it happiness? Or was it love? But he never got any answers.

Even after so many years Taehyung still looked for Jin, even though he knows that may be Jin would be married and have a family. Don't take it wrong Taehyung really loves his husband now.... But Jin would remain as his love forever......

With all these thoughts Taehyung walked further towards the city looking around. Just when he was about to cross the road, he saw a very familiar figure standing near a convenience store petting a little street puppy.

Taehyung suddenly stopped in his tracks and stared at the said direction only to let a small smile crept onto his face after recognising the small figure.

Yeri was returning home from school. Today her papa couldn't come to pick her up as he was a little busy with his work. Yeri, being the good little girl willingly accepted to come home alone. It was a short walk from school to their house but Jin was worried at first about sending Yeri alone but agreed somehow.

Yeri was walking along the road humming a song when she saw all little puppy near the store. She always wanted a puppy but her papa never allowed her to have a puppy. So she ran towards the puppy..

"Hey!! .... Little puppy..... Are you alone here? " Yeri asked the little puppy as if he could understand.

The puppy wagged his tail and started to jump up and down excited by the little stranger he just met.

"I would really like to take you home little puppy..... But my papa wouldn't let me do so.... I don't know why, but he doesn't seem to like puppies" Yeri said with a small pout.

Just when she was about to stand up and go from there, she saw a tall figure standing besides her. At first she was scared to death and was about to start to scream but she soon recognized the tall figure and a small smile crept to her face.

"Hey little girl? Can you remember me? "

"Uncle Tete!!!!..... Of course I can remember you.... How can I forget you.... " saying so the little girl ran towards Taehyung spreading her arms wide for a big hug.

Taehyung too with his body smile spread his arms. Taehyung lifted the little girl to his arms and hugged her tightly. She hurriedly nuzzled her head in Taehyung's neck. She felt a strange feeling when he was inhaling Taehyung's scent. She never felt that he was a stranger anymore. He felt like she was hugging her papa.

On the other hand Taehyung too felt like he was hugging his own life. His heartbeat rose like crazy and unknowingly tears welled up in his eyes....

"I missed you baby... " Taehyung muttered with tears still in his eyes.

After hearing the voice Yeri broke the hug,
" Really? I too missed you uncle Tete.... " Yeri said with a grin and hugged him even tighter.

"That day uncle Chimmy blamed you.... Sorry for that uncle Tete... He is not a bad boy.... Please don't hate him..." Yeri suddenly said surprising Taehyung.

"Who is uncle Chimmy baby? And why would I hate him? "

"Uncle Chimmy's real name is Jimin.... And he is my papa's best friend... " Yeri said with an Innocent smile unaware of what she was telling.

Taehyung's smile slowly faded away, that means Jimin is not her father and her father is Jimin's best friend.... Could it be Jin?..... His jinnie......

"Baby what is your papa's name? "  Taehyung asked hurriedly.

"Umm.... Kim Seokjin"

Taehyung felt like his whole body was on fire.... This is Jin's daughter.... His Jin's daughter.... So that means Jin was living here all the time.... Is he married now? Has he already forgotten him? Is he living a happy life now? All these thoughts revolved around Taehyung's head.

"Baby.... Shall we go home now? I need to meet your papa"

"Why uncle Tete? Is everything alright? Please don't tell papa that I petted the puppy... Be doesn't like me petting puppies.... " Yeri said almost crying.

"Oh!!! No baby I won't tell anything to papa.... I just want to meet him.... " Taehyung consoled the girl.

"Jinnie.... I'm coming to see you.... At last we'll meet again.... You were hiding from me for all these years and now we'll see how you are going to hide again.." Taehyung thought to himself and walked carrying the little girl.
