Dustin and I must've swang on the swings for at least an hour talking about the past, the now, and the future, after we got done talking we began walking again but instead of walking around the school we left and walked around town listening to music.

It was midnight we had just gotten to the Mississippi river and sat on the edge of the docks I was beginning to get cold, Dustin noticed me shivering and handed me his jacket.

I asked him "What's this for?"

He quickly responded "I saw you shivering and I'm warm enough, put it on."

I slipped on his jacket it felt so warm that I stopped shivering and leaned my head on his shoulder, shut my eyes and said "Do you think this is going to last?" He leaned his head on mine and said "Of course." He looked at me and moved my hair out of my eyes, he looked at me straight in my eyes. He was about to say something when my phone began to ring we both jumped cause it had scared both of us.

I looked at my phone it was my mom I answered the phone "Hey mom."

She screamed her head off "KAYLINN WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOU?! I'VE BEEN FUCKING WAITING FOR A HALF HOUR I SHOULD BE AT HOME!!!!"

I said "Mom I'm at the Mississippi docks with Jay I'm fine there's nothing wrong I'll just meet you at home."

She hung up the phone I told Dustin "We better go or my mom will kill you."

We ended up walking to Anna's house I asked her "Could Dustin and I spend the night here?"

She looked at me strangely and said "Uh yeah sure but why is Dustin staying?"

I looked at Dustin and back at her and said "Don't tell people."
