Like in any RPG, you wake up in a situation you either can't remember or were programmed to remember, even if you didn't play the 1st game.

(That might be a stupid point though-)

He obtained a rare revival potion one way or another.

The more time goes on, the more he became an overpowered hero.

(Who else does that in games like Skyrim and AC Valhalla and such?)

He has the classic tragic backstory. Most RPGs I've seen have you character's story start with tragedy and a LOT of fire.

(Seriously, a tragedy in fire is one of the main signs the character's journey is starting!)

Like any RPG character, he has small bags that can literally hold almost anything, more than they logically should.

*screams as my Skyrim character has carried tons of Dragon bones*
