It doesn't matter whether it is a friend to friend relationship, or a romantic relationship or relationship with parents. Like Aunt Tilly from the Sofia The First series says objects aren't always what they seem in a way and to an extent people that surround us can be an optical illusion by their personalities and sometimes they use that optical illusion against unsuspecting people as both intentional and unintentional weapons maybe not physically but figuratively and mentally. My Mom often says that most people won't always tell you the truth like family and truly honest friends.
While I'm excluding particular names to anyone I am posting a request because someone would like more awareness to this situation that I' writing down in the following paragraphs as this is an about social awareness. And because I want to protect my friend I'm telling a more condensed story of the personal story avoiding particular names and accounts below. My Mother did help me find the right words to do awareness properly, politely and safely.
Once upon a time there was a girl, she was in high-school, and met a classmate online for whom she felt a lot of affection for. The boy was very popular. She trusted her teacher with her feelings for the boy; the teacher revealed her feelings for the boy. The boy did not respond positively. The boy's mother tried to fix her up with her son; the boy did not respond positively to that. And the boy left her out of conversations and activities so she felt rejected and hurt. The moral of this story is that boys are creeps.
And to my friend, I hope she knows each girl, especially her, are precious treasures from God and the right boy will appreciate that. SofiatheProtector3
It is not the exact same thing, but I hope it helps give you some solace. You're a treasure to me already too.
Ps. Creep can mean insensitive and immature. "That boys are creeps was just an easy generalization to end it in Aesop Fables storytelling style it doesn't mean all boys are creeps but there are a lot who are out and about in this world unfortunately. I met one myself in middle-school.
