Willa- a true loyal bestie friend of Mariposa and a true co-work of Mariposa. Warning Spoilers are ahead for those who have not watched Mariposa the very first and only movie where Barbie isn't the voice for the main female lead.
Willa if she hadn't been deep in the Nettle Swamp she could have gone with the other three on their adventure, but then who would be there to realize Henna poisoned the Queen, my point is sometimes for a good reason someone as good and loyal like Willa being left behind and it gave her a chance to proof she was suspicious of someone earlier. And being left actually helped her and the Prince prove it to everybody else. And my goodness her meeting the Prince is such a silly meet cute it's too lovely adorably awkward to not ship them.
"Willa?" asked Carlos, the lavender blue highlighted haired blue butterfly winged fairy hid her book behind her back she had been reading about romance stories lately being incredibly drawn to them.
"Prince Carlos, your highness you startled me." stammers Willa. Why am I stammering she thought immediately.
"Would you walk down the aisle with me?" He asked.
"Why wouldn't you ask Mariposa though?" She inquired.
She already picked someone to be more impartial as she is the wedding planner and the Ambassador of Flutterfield and also my Mom's maid of honor.
"Then I'm honored Carlos I would love to be one of the Queen's bridesmaids and your partner on the way back down the aisle.
He hands her a campfire rose it was a brilliant harvest orange color.
"It's your corsage." said Carlos informing her.
"I love it." sighed Willa.
"I smell love blooming don't you, Mariposa asked Rayla the pink haired pink winged butterfly fairy.
"Sure, I guess." stated Mariposa.
"Mari-posa!" exclaimed Willa. "You know I know Rayna talked you guys into spying on us!"
"True," says Rayna. "Slightly envious but so happy for our dear assistant you need to get ready with us for the wedding, Willa. We'll help you and Mariposa prepare and be absolutely beautiful girls!"
"Hey," groaned Willa. Mariposa giggled. "And I thought I was the grumpy one, Willa."
"I don't even know if Carlos likes me, bestie." said Willa. "I could've sworn he was in love with you."
"We only met once or twice, that's not enough for love to spring up amongst the two of us, Willa, you two got too know each other much better for longer, bestie." said Mariposa. "We're not in love and I'm not ready to settle down besides the ambassador job won't let me settle down anyways, I have to bring the new Enchantress to the Crystal palace by the end of the year."
"Do you know who she is?"
"I'm told she's tender with everything she meets even those who have disappointed her in the past." said Mariposa. "And she comes from the Magic Meadow as Elina did too."
