I didn't even get to get a canvas before that guy came.
I'm still walking trying to find Dylan.
But before I do I have to get some equipment first so it looks like I was getting something.
I grab two things and start walking to find him again.
I finally see him in the distance.
I take a deep breath and put on a fake smile.
He can't know what happened. I don't want him to worry.

As I still decide on if I want oil paints or acrylics, I notice it's been a while since she's been gone but I don't mind it.
I'm still deciding until I hear a shuffle behind me.
I know it's her.
"You done?" I ask, without looking away from the packs.
"Yeah," She says.
Her voice sounds.. shaky.
I turn around and look at her face.
She looks pale.
"Hey, are you ok?" I ask, concerned.
She looks at me and nods "Mhm."
I look down at her hands and frown. She only has a black paint tube and a small brush set.
"Averly.." I sigh.
"What?" She looks me in the eyes, confused.
God she's adorable.
"I told you to get whatever you want," I say, looking in her eyes.
"And this is everything I want," She says, raising the materials she chose.
"So you paint the air with only black?" My question catches her off guard.
"Well.. no?" She says, thinking.
"Good, then go get whatever you use," I tell her.
"I don't want you to waste your money on me," She mutters, looking away. Her words muffled.
"Averly," I grab her chin and make her look at me, "I want to spend money on you," I tell her, "Now go get everything you wanted."
She nods with slightly widened eyes and slowly turns to choose from the things on display.

After I'm satisfied with her stuff and my stuff, we check out and head to the university's garden to paint.
