It was three weeks since me, Mama and Papa were a family. Mama was showing her baby bump. She said it was normal and I trusted her. I always spent a few hours with Mama. I always talked to the baby even though I knew the baby couldn't hear me.

"You okay Elizabeth?" Mama asked.

"Yeah. I can't wait for the baby to be born." I told her.

Mama smiled, "I can't wait to see you as a big sister." Mama told me.

"I love the baby and it hasn't even be born yet." I said.

"Me and your father are going to a scan tomorrow. Would you like to go?" Mama asked me.

"Of course I would!" I shouted.

Mama placed her finger to her lips. I knew that sign meant I had to be quiet.

Papa walked in with his phone in one hand and the dog lead in another.

"Shall we go out and take some photos?" Papa asked.

Me and Papa left the bedroom. We put the leads on Jack and Jill and left for the living room.

On our outing, Papa took some photos.

Papa really liked the photos

Papa really liked the photos. He printed them on to the photo printer and I watched as the photos printed out of the machine.

"This is amazing!" I said as I saw the two photos being printed.

After the photos had finished being printed, I grabbed them and took them to Mama.

"What's that kiddo?" Mama asked.

"It's pictures of me. Papa took them today. I hope you enjoy them. We can put them in the baby's room." I told her.

I passed them to Mama. Her eyes glowed with happiness.

"You'll always be my oldest daughter." Mama told me.

I sat next to Mama with the pictures in my hand.

"Shall we put them in the nursery when the baby is born?" I asked.

"That's a good idea. We're going to need photo frames." Mama told me.

"I think that Papa will order some off of Amazon or E bay." I said.

"Yeah. He's clever like that." Mama said.

Was Papa clever? I didn't know.
