*A/N this chapter contains pictures from Princess Charlotte's seventh birthday taken by Duchess Catherine Middleton*

Today was the day of my seventh birthday photo shoot. My real dad had taken pictures from the day I was born to the day I got adopted my Mama and Papa.

I was never shy for the camera and I was so lucky to get picked by my Mama and Papa.

Today I was woken up at 7:30 by Mama.

"Time to wake up Elizabeth. Photo shoot starts in four and a half hours. We need to leave by 10:30." Mama said.

I left my bed and walked down the stairs before running down the hallway into the living room and running to Papa.

"Hello Pumpkin." Papa said as he placed me on his lap.

"Hello Papa. It's my photo shoot day today." I said to him.

"I know. You need to get your breakfast to fuel up for the day. It's gonna be busy today." Papa said as he carried me to the kitchen and placed me on one of the kitchen chairs.

After I had my breakfast (which was three pancakes with blueberries) I got dressed while Mama and Papa got my brothers dressed into presentable clothes.

I got into my blue dress, blue tights and my favourite blue slip-on shoes before I met my Mama, Papa and my two baby brothers, Oliver and Arthur, downstairs.

When we got to the car, Mama placed Oliver and Arthur in their car seats before strapping me in my booster seat before getting in the passenger seat in the front of the car.

We listened to music on the way.

When we arrived, Papa and Mama put their sunglasses on before passing me mine and then we left the car to put the boys in their twin pushchair.

When we walked in, Papa signed us in and we waited for our photo shoot. Because we were ten minutes early, I read my book while Mama fed my brothers.

When we were called in, Mama sat on the bench with the boys while Papa introduced me to the photographer.

"Hello James, this is Elizabeth my daughter. Elizabeth is turning seven tomorrow so we would like some photos to celebrate the day." Papa said, "Lizzie, this is James and he's going to take your photos today."

"Hello James, who is the dog?" I asked.

"This is Margaret. She's going to star in one of your pictures I've got planned for you." James said.

Papa held my hand while we followed James to a small field of bluebells in the corner of the garden.

"This is where your photos are going to take place. I'm going to take twenty pictures and your mother and father have got to choose their favourite three." James explained.

"I'm sure that's going to be very hard. My real father took me to have pictures taken for every birthday." I told him.

"Leo, you've got a clever girl on your hands. You and Camila are dealing with her very well." James said to my dad.

"I know. We recently adopted her real father's newborn son as he was unable to look after him. I wonder if we're going to have to deal with his smartness when he's older." Papa replied.

"Can we do the photos now?" I asked.

"Of course Elizabeth." James said, smiling to himself.

It took forty-five minutes for James to take twenty pictures because the grass and the bluebells were itching my back and skin.

After the pictures were taken, Mama and Papa chose their favourite pictures.

I was officially turning seven and now Mama and Papa had to deal with a seven year old.

Before we left, I stroked Margaret and gave her a kiss on the nose and head.

My Mama and Papa managed to pay for the pictures as Papa forgot his wallet at home and Mama payed for one of them to be developed into a canvas. Can you guess which one?
