Marvel Story: X-Men First Class

Chapter #6

Storm lands the X-Men's Blackbird jet in the middle of a plain field. Ororo turns to Jean and Rogue. Jean reads her mind before nodding in agreement. Rogue scoffs, "Don't need to be a telepath to know what y'all are thinkin'..." Anna Marie says in her southern accent.

Kitty tilts her head as Lockheed flies around her asking, "So, what's the plan guys?"

Ororo turns to her pupil, "Blink is going to teleport the group to a safe haven... while we go after the White Queen."

Kittys eyes widened suddenly with a hint of fear present in her expression, "We're going after them?"

"Yes, not everyone made it out. We can't leave them to be corrupted by that evil witch." Storm says boldly.

"Won't we need help?" Kitty asks.

"Professor X, Cyclops, and Wolverine are busy on a secret mission that leaves Rogue and Jean with the responsibility of looking over the students. They'll need Colossus and Iceman's help protecting them, so it's just us... but a couple friends owe me a favor." Storm says with a slight smile.

After Jubilee and Siryn hug Kitty goodbye Blink teleports the group away to a secret X-Men safe haven. Leaving just Kitty and Storm now, Ororo makes some calls. The first one to answer is Avengers Black Widow Natasha Romanoff. "Remember that favor you owe me?" Ororo asks into the communication device.

After Storm explains the situation to Natasha she hangs up and dials the Baxter Building. The Invisible Woman Susan Richards answers. Ororo quickly explains the situation. Susan responses with, "I'll be there soon."

A few hours pass by before a portal opens and the Invisible Woman along with Black Widow steps through. Susan is dressed in her blue Fantastic Four uniform. Natasha in her signature black leather bodysuit.

"Oh my gosh, you're friends with an Avenger and Fantastic Four member? That's so cool!" Kitty exclaims with excitement, honored to have the opportunity to work along side such strong and iconic women.

Susan shakes Kitty's hand and offers her a bright smile, "Nice to meet you, call me Sue."

"The honor is all mine, I'm Kitty Pryde code name Shadowcat." The young mutant says introducing herself to Fantastic Four member Sue Richards.

Natasha Romanoff walks over to Storm as the two go over strategy and a plan for rescuing the students from the White Queen. Ororo explains that Emma Frost had previously tried to recruit Kitty Pryde. Natasha nods before approaching Kitty and asking her everything she knows about the White Queens school for young mutants.

"Alright, seems simple enough. I'll sneak in and run coms from the control room. Kitty will cut the power from the reactor, leaving them blind. And Sue can watch Emma with her invisibility." Black Widow explains.

"The White Queen has telepathy, what's gonna protect Sue from her mind powers?" Kitty asks.

"Sue?" Nat says if asking a question.

Susan opens the palm of her hand to reveal a flat disk like force field, "I can create psionic force fields... one placed around my mind should shield me from the White Queens telepathic abilities." She explains.

Ororo begins piloting the jet to Massachusetts, where they believe Emma's school for young mutants is located. Storms eyes glow with a bright blinding light as she summons rain clouds to surround the X-Men's Blackbird.
The raining clouds conjured by Ororo give them cover as well as creating a cloak of fog that envelopes the nearby area.

With pouring rain falling around the jet and fog making it difficult to fly Storm takes it slow. Piloting the Blackbird carefully, Natasha takes over as copilot. Black Widow assisting in helping Ororo pilot the Blackbirds proves useful as they manage to make it to Massachusetts rather quickly.

"What now? We still don't exactly know where the school is?" Kitty asks.

"Leave that up to me." Natasha says fixing her long ginger red hair.

Black Widow leaves the Blackbird after they land on the outskirts of Massachusetts. Natasha wonders into town. A little rundown looking city. Romanoff spots a bar and heads inside to look for clues.

Nat turns on her charm and uses her skills in seduction to get information from the barkeeper as he stares at her chest. Black Widows cleavage present as her bodysuit was unzipped a little bit further down than usual. Nattie leans over the bar whispering into his ear, "Any idea where a girl can have a good time around here?" Black Widow says biting down on her crimson red lips.

The elderly man gulps as he's easily taken in awe by Natashas ravishing looks. He looks around before nodding his head. "You've come to the right place, best drinks in town." He says trying to impress her.

"Then keep them coming..." Natasha says with a sexy wink.
