It's been a few hours since everything happened it just so happens that I'm still crying while sitting outside in the garden as I look up at the beautiful sky.

All I can think about it isabela and how she would treat me like her daughter. I smiled at the thought of her, I'm on the run with a five year old kid also something I feared to be doing is running because for 5 years my life was perfect I wasn't running I was free.

All until he found me. I can still feel his presence and it's cold it feels like death it's self I just hope that he doesn't find us this time because I don't want to go back there but if I have to for the safety of my daughter I will because for her I would do anything.

I got lost in my thoughts I didn't notice someone sitting beside me.

It's was him.

He like me at me and I looked at him, we locked eyes for a moment I felt a bit of warmness something I've only felt when I'm around the people I love, but I don't love him.

I decided to break the silence between us.

"You okay?" I slowly asked and looked back at the sky.

"No." He quietly said.

"Did he do something?" I asked again. He looked at me and nodded slowly.

"I'm sorry Kai I shouldn't have brought him up in the first place." I said as I looked down but I felt a finger under my chin and it slowly lifting my face up. My eyes ended up lost in his.

"Amor, don't be sorry it wasn't your fault." He said and a slight smile appeared on his face and so did mine.

"Kai... what if he finds me? What if he takes me and hope." I said as tears started forming.

"Harper I would never let anything happen to you or hope for now you two are the most important people in the family and we are hiding you because we want to keep you safe," he said.

"But you've only met me a week ago" I responded back.

"I've grown fond of you Harper, and my mother would kill me if anything happened to you or hope." He said with a slight chuckle.

I chuckled as well and grasped my necklace close to me.

"I'm sorry about Elaine." He said.

"Don't be sorry, I'm just glad that you came in time because I was about to snap that bitches arm." I said.

"I would've loved to see that." He chuckled and so did I.

"While your here your going to help us take him down and make him pay for all that he has done." He said.

"I can't wait to see him tied up and see the terror in his eyes." I said.

"I'm going to make him beg for his life like I always had to he's going to feel my pain as I chop off his dick part by part." I said.

He smirked.

"Anyways I think I should be going to bed soon, tomorrow we have to start early." I said and stood up as he did as well.

"Yeah im going to go into my office for a while to do some stuff." He said.

I nodded "well goodnight Kai I'll see you tomorrow." I said as I smiled in his direction while going inside he slightly smiled at me and said "goodnight Harper." He said as he turned back to looking at the sky.

I started walking up the steps as I thought about Kai's presence it always felt so warm and comforting.

I walked through the hallways and back to the creepy hallway, I got to my door and slowly opened the door, she was still sleeping thankfully.

I went into the bathroom attached to my room and closed the door.

The bathroom was connected to the closet they had doors to separate it.

I walked into the closet and looked for some pjs. To put on and some for Hope I found an oversized shirt and put it on and also found some pjs for Hope they were on the separate side of the closet i picked them out and went back into the room.

And laid the clothes on the bed and slightly shook Hope.

"Baby wake up." I whispered.

She groaned and turned to the other side.

"Five more minutes mommy." She says in her sleepy voice.

"You have to put on your pjs you can't sleep in the clothes you have on." I said quietly.

She sat up while rubbing her eyes.

I picked her up while sitting her down at the end of the bed as I took of her pants her shirt was fine to sleep in she only needed pajama pants.

I put the jeans apart and put her pajama pants on and then picked her back up as she laid her head on my shoulder. I put her on the left side of the bed and tucked her back in as she got comfortable and went back to sleep.

I folded the pants and put them on a chair as I turned off the lights and went into bed holding Hope close to me.

And closed my eyes and went to sleep.

The next day:
"He's a heartless piece of shit that only cares about himself and thinks of woman as objects." I rolled my eyes through the sentence that I said as I looked at the men sitting around me and Kai sitting next to me.

"He killed our faithful leader so we will help you get him." Said one of the men.

"We will too." They all said.

I smiled as I looked back at Kai I have an army now.

"Good now let's get to business." I said.

"What do we know about him?" I asked the men in the room.

"He is for sure one of the drug lords and our finest enemy," he said before another man added "he doesn't care who he kills he only wants power, power is what maintains him." Alessandro said.
