    The headcanon for this is that the hate that comes out of Killers eyes gets EVERYWHERE. It doesn't just rest on his face, it drips on carpets (Part of the reason there are hardly any in the Bad Sanses house), tables, Dust, etc., etc.
    
                          
    Killer can't really control it, however he has tried to put cotton balls or tissues in his eyes sockets to prevent this from happening, and it just is painful and doesn't work.
