"don't assassins work best alone?"
FLASHBACK
"When you two glare at each other like that, it could lead people to believe you're not fond of one another~" Mori chuckled
"We're not." both Dazai and Chuuya snapped in perfect unison
"Aww don't be like that. You two work great together! In fact, I have a new mission for you-."
"There's no need for this delinquent to come along, I've got it handled Mori-san." Dazai interrupted
"Like hell you do, you suicidal maniac." Chuuya bit back, causing another fight to break out
"I failed to mention that there will be one more person joining you on your mission this time." Mori smiled, his hands crossed in front of his face
Both boys looked up at the mention of a third person accompanying them. They'd been on quite a few missions together at this point, but it was almost always just been the two of them.
Dazai's eyebrow rose in question as he watched Mori smile "If I may ask, what type of mission are you sending us on that we need someone else to accompany us?"
"Oh don't worry, this mission isn't much different than your others...just a simple assassination~" Mori tilted his head slightly "Simply put you two get the job done quite well together, but often times you tend to be...less than...discreet."
