Chapter 3: Foe

A/N: It's been awhile.

Greggy has been linked lately to a business scandals that he was innocent of; he keep it to himself and the rest only his trusted friends and business partner knows but now it leaks to the media.

"I just can't believe that for how many years I am here in business ngayon lang ako madadamay sa eskandalo that i don't even have an idea sa mga binibintang sa akin, yung akin lang naman is to make my business becomes more successful and i worked hard for that without aggreviating other people." He answered the allegations.

"Alam po ba ito ni ma'am Irene?" An interviewer asked. Greggy felt uncomfortable having Irene's name mentioned.

"Let's not talk about Irene ayoko syang madamay dito." He end up the ambush interview and headed inside the car.

Irene turned off the television after she watched it live she cannot believe it that he kept it from her now she really wants to see him but she had no choice but to stay at home with Alfonso.

She felt worry for him but this time she have to act like she didn't know and wait for Greggy to confess about it.

It was tuesday a schedule for a business meeting when he heard Jaime and Buddy talking about the controversial issue he had involved at first he doesn't care about it and minding his own business when he suddenly heard a name Carlos.

He lightly joined the conversation and ask more deeply on their discussions.

"Carlos Aboitiz? and why he was also involved into this controversy?" He asked and his mind can still remember Carlos was his foe back then when they were teenager.

"Your childhood enemy." Jaime answered.

"Why that men involved in the issue? how?" He was alarmed this time for knowing about it.

"Well an enemy will remain enemy may pagka immature din yang Carlos na yan eh." Buddy said. 

"Even now kinakalaban ako?" His mind becomes chaotic, feels like he will start a war at anytime.

"Now, ano kinalaman nya? what's his connection?" He clenched his fist.

" Well he is the one who leaks the issue you were involved and us." Jaime responsed. 

"As he said our business is not just about properties and company may illegal drugs and firearms daw tayo and that is very impossible for how many years akong nandito aba eh ngayon lang ako nakasalamuha ng ganitong klaseng issue." Buddy said.

"That bullsh*t ano gusto nya ipalabas? ano gusto nya mangyari ma lugmok tayo? well he cannot I was still a child then may business na pamilya namin halos lahat tayo dito." He professed.

"Now I am worried pag malaman to ni Irene." He follows.

Greggy and his friends decided to go on a restaurant for dinner and discussed the issue they were all big businessman so they have bodyguards around.
"Now I really want to know bakit tayo ginaganito lalo na ako mismo I am the center of this issue." He said.

"My own opinion paano kung he is doing this because of Irene." Perry said.

"Could be." Jamie cooed.

"Just think of it sa dinami dami ng tao sa mundo bakit sya? at isa pa ano pa yung gusto nya he was also a business man patas lang tayong lahat na may  malalaking pangalan dito." Perry followed.

"Remember nung naglalaro tayo before ng football nung mga bata pa tayo inagaw nya sayo yun? he even get your lunch box at school kahit sa university na tayo noon bully parin yang Carlos na yan."
