the next morning chase woke up next to elena, with her hands tightly wrapped around his body, and her head in his neck.
as he opened his eyes, he noticed something itchy on his neck, he reached with his hand and it turned out to just be elena's hair. he moved her hair out of the way and just wrapped his arms around her, knowing if he moved a lot she would wake up.
she was a light sleeper.

he just looked at her and took in the beautiful girl in front of him. he couldn't believe that they had finally said the L-word.
he thought that the funny thing was that he was talking about it with nick earlier, and then it happened a few hours later.

he looked at her before placing one kiss on her head and one on her cheek.

a few seconds later, elena began to shift in the bed and one of her hands moved from around chase to her face, rubbing her eye with the back of her hand.
chase looked at her and knew that he woke her up. she woke up really easily, and he knew that, but he still kissed her.

her eyes then slowly began to open. she yawned and then looked looked up at chase.

"sorry, i woke you up," he apologized, even though she probably didn't even realize.
she looked at him and scrunched her eyebrows at him, wondering how. it takes her a bit before she talks.

"i kissed your cheek and you woke up," he told her. she half-smiled at him and then rubbed her eye again with the back of her hand.

elena looked over and placed a kiss on his shoulder, that being the part of him that was eye level to her. she then rested her head on his shoulder.

"i had a dream that you cheated on me," she spoke, not looking up at chase. chase didn't expect that to be the first thing she said to him.
"... " chase looked down at her not knowing what to say. "is that really the first thing you say?"

"yeah," she said softly, "but it's okay it had a good ending." she added.
".. what was the ending?" he asked, scared on what she was gonna say.
elena laughed, "it's better if you don't know."
he looked at her and scrunched his eyebrows, "what? no! tell me!" he exclaimed, "actually, can you walk me through what happened in your dream?" he asked.

she smiled, "okay so we were together and then i caught you dming other girls, and then i broke up with you.. and then i was sad.." she began, "then.. pedro pascal comes out of no where and confesses his love for me, and we get married and the end."

chase blinks at her, "pedro pascal?" he questions.
"yup," she nodded, "so do you have something to tell me?" she asks him, jokingly.
he raises an eyebrow up, "that i'm most definitely not cheating on you, that's for sure." he nodded, "we've been together 2 days."

elena looks up at him and smiles.
".. can i go through your phone?" she wondered. she knew he wasn't cheating on her, but just for fun.
he reached over to her nightstand and grabbed his phone that was on charge, he unplugged it and handed it to her.
"all yours." he told her.
