"Hey, baby?" I called out downstairs.
"What's up Rin?"
"I'm gonna take a shower now, so if you need me come into the bathroom"
"Mkay" he said, his mind busy with doing the dishwasher and cleaning up dinner.
I turned the shower on and went to go and grab a pair of clean pajamas and a towel. It was gently raining outside, my favorite time to shower. I loved to watch as the rain hit the skylight above the shower. Hearing it gently mute its surroundings. The gray skies just light enough so I don't have to turn on the lights in the bathroom. It was just all around peaceful.
I took of my clothes, leaving them in a pile in the corner of the room, and stepped into the shower. Hot water hitting my skin, sending shivers down my spine. I stood still, letting the water in case me into its calm. After a minute or two i pumped some soap into my hand and starts to softly rub it along my body.
As I washed my body i gently sang to my baby bump, running my hand in circles over it.
Lullaby, and good night, in the skies stars are bright
May the moon, silvery beams, bring you with dreams
Close you eyes, now and rest, may these hours be blessed
I heard the door open, but no voice paired along with it. I disregarded the figure
standing in the door frame. Continuing to sing the lullaby.
Till the sky's bright with dawn, when you wake with a yawn
Lullaby, and good night, you are mother's delight
I'll protect you from harm, and you'll wake in my arms
I felt two strong arms wrap around my back, hands laid atop of my belly. i smiled and relaxed into Osamu's arms. He took one hand off my bump, put some soap on it, and started to wash and massage into my back. His deep rough voice taking over the next verse of the lullaby.
Sleepyhead, close your eyes, for I'm right beside you
He sang softly, taking both his hands off my bump to massage my back and hips better,
peppering my nape and back with soft kisses. I leaned my forearms against the shower
wall, enjoying the massage.
Guardian angels are near, so sleep without fear
Lullaby, and good night, with roses bedight
Lilies o'er head, lay thee down in thy bed
Lullaby, and good night, you are mother's delight
I'll protect you from harm, and you'll wake in my arms
I joined him in verse, turning around so i was facing him. I leaned my head against his chest as wrapped his arms around me, rubbing soothing circles on my back, our voices dancing a soft harmony around one another.
Lullaby, and sleep tight, my darling sleeping
On sheets white as cream, with the head full of dreams
Sleepyhead, close your eyes, I'm right beside you
Lay thee down now and rest, may you slumbler the best
Go to sleep, little one, think of puppies and kittens.
Go to sleep, little one, think of butterflies in spring.
Go to sleep, little one, think of sunny bright mornings.

The lullaby ended, but we stayed in the shower a little while longer. Sadly we had to get
out.
"I thought i said said come and get me if you needed me?" I said quietly through a smile
as he turned the faucet off and wrapped himself in a towel.
"Well...i needed you." He said, sadness lacing his voice. He toiled me of before handing
me my pajamas.
"Well, in that case you are always welcome to my showers" i pulled him into a hug,
wrapping my arms around his neck, and got on my tippy toes to peck his lips.
"Thanks" he smiled sheepishly.
"Of course" i smiled back.
