The air was starting to turn cold once again as the autumn leaves fell. Jimin felt a shiver pass through him, and he checked the mail. It was a bunch of bills and shit, but there was one letter addressed to him.

It was from one of the colleges he applied to a couple of months ago.

Now, Jimin would be lying if he said he didn't feel nervous about it. This was strange because truth be told, Jimin really didn't give a fuck if he went to college or not. To be honest, he wasn't sure if he would even go if he was accepted. Things were going great with Yoongi, and he felt like life was finally right. Plus, he really couldn't see himself moving away from his family. They were his support system, and he needed to stay to help.

Jimin sighed as he dropped the mail off on the couch, making sure to keep his letter. He walks upstairs and goes to his room. Jungkook and Jun must've been out because the room was empty.

Jimin sat at his desk and looked at the letter. He didn't open it; he just looked at the fancy writing on the envelope.

After a few minutes, he shakes his head and just tosses the envelope into the trash can next to the desk. He wasn't going. His mind was made up.

"I'm gonna go upstairs; take a quick nap." Jungkook had just gotten home from school and had work tonight, so he figured getting some sleep might help him on the graveyard shift.

Once upstairs, he sets his bookbag down and flops onto his bed. Before shutting his eyes, he looks over and sees some fancy-looking envelope in the trash can by the desk.

Jungkook huffs before getting up and grabbing it out of the garbage. It was made out to Jimin, but it was unopened.

Jungkook looked around to make sure no one was watching him before he opened the letter. It read:

Dear Mr. Park,

On behalf of HYBE University, I am pleased to congratulate you on your acceptance into our program for the fall 2014 semester. We were very impressed by your academic history and believe that you will prove that our confidence in you is not unfounded.

It went on to talk about enrollment in the university, but Jungkook didn't read that far. He folded the paper back up and rushed downstairs to where Jun and Min Ju were.

"Guys, did any of you throw something away in the trash can in my room?" He asked once he was downstairs.

"No," Min Ju answers, "Weren't you supposed to be asleep?"

Jungkook shakes his head. "Jun, what about you?"

Jun shrugs, "Not that I can remember. Why?"

Jungkook held out to paper to his oldest siblings, "I found this in the trash."

Min Ju grabbed the paper and opened it. Jun looked over her shoulder, and they both read it. Once they were done, Min Ju looked up at Jungkook, "Why was this in the trash?!"

Jungkook shrugs, "I don't know. I guess Jimin threw it away. It wasn't even opened when I found it."

Jun furrowed his eyebrows in confusion. "Why would he not even read it?"

Min Ju huffs in annoyance, "Because he thinks he's not going. But he fucking is if I have anything to say about it."

Jungkook can't help his laugh. "What are you going to do? Make him? You can't exactly enroll him without his permission. Even if you tried, you'd have to drag him down there every fuckin day."

Jun nods. "He is stubborn, Ju. If he's made up his mind, it'll be hard to get him to change it."

"Well, too fuckin bad because Jimin is going to fucking college, and I don't give a shit about what he has decided to do." Min Ju huffs again before storming upstairs
